The menu changes each week, check facebook for the week's menu (each week has 2 meat options and 3 vegetarian). You can get a combo plate with different entrees, and I love being able to try 3 different entrees each time. Very cool place and such good flavor in the food!!! I got a combination plate of the 2 meat entrees available (chicken curry and beef meatball), along with 2 of the vegan dishes. Also got chicken samosas. Chicken in the curry was on the dry side, but everything else was so good I can't wait to go back next time I am in town.I almost missed the location - it's in an old hospital building, repurposed for a variety of businesses, on the 2nd floor. As soon as you get in the main entrance, there's a sign for Saibeens by the elevator. Highly recommend!

Saibeen's kitchen is definitely a hidden gem. The food is always fresh and delicious, the atmosphere and staff are warm and welcoming, and the place is clean. I loved their mango lussi and chai tea. The food was authentic indian cuisine which is hard to come by.

What a great find on our cross country trip. The Family Meal let us try everything on the menu that day, and it was all delicious. The service was great, and the ambiance was fantastic. Saibeen came out and spoke with us, as did her other family members, and it was so heartfelt that it just added to the authenticity of it all.

This was my first time trying cuisine like this. The mango coconut chicken curry knocked my socks off. The flavor and the heat from the medium green sauce is to die for. The service was great. The lady that took my order was really nice and helped me since it was my first time there. The mango lasse is good too. 10/10 will be ordering again soon.
Great food and an awesome surprise in Great Falls Montana. I 100% recommend but they are only open 3 days a week so don't miss out. Have everything.

The food is delicious and the service is friendly. For the price, the portions are generous! I’ve only done take out from here - just wish that they were open on Friday-Sunday too. The food really is the best in Great Falls. Likely best Indian food in Montana!

Fantastic food that hits the right spot over and over again. Great for lunch and their family deal scores with my kids all the time. They get excited when we bring her Saibeen’s food home and get jealous when they hear we went there for lunch. There is a reason they were nominated for a James Beard award. Which is a huge culinary award on a national scale! We are incredibly lucky to have them here in town.
