Great food! The staff are rock stars. A small group that took care of every last person in line with smiles on their faces. They worked very hard to handle the crowd as quickly as possible even remembering regular customer orders as they came in. This shows that even under pressure they recognize the customers that frequent their establishment. Everyone served were treated with respect and efficiency.
Been years since but reminiscing time in Great Falls and amazing Smoked BBQ. Pulled pork and mac and cheese were my fav, best I have had. Pastrami was amazing … if it was a competition, you’d give Katz’s a run for their money.
This isn't the best barbecue meat I have ever had, but it's pretty close. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the pork was rich, the turkey was wonderful. The real standouts are the sauces. They represent every main type of barbecue sauce that we have in the US. They all taste great and they are an amazing accompaniment and enhance both the meat and the sides. On top of that, the employees are friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back when I'm in Montana...
