this is my favorite go to place for a late night snack or just when I’m craving a burger, I also love your super large drinks. Although there have been a few times i have gone there and whoever the dude is that is taking the orders during night shift around 2 AM, I swear wouldn’t be able to fight his way out of a paper bag. The past two times I have been there and he was working, he has tried to argue with me about my own order. Always has some kind of attitude like he just doesn’t want to be there (which is valid, but you work customer service, that’s not my problem) He cuts me off in the middle of my sentences, Then when I try to go and tell him to fix something, he tries to ring me up for a completely different meal? Last time he tried to make me pay for 2 separate meals and just could not comprehend that i didn’t want pickles on my burger, I tell him that it’s only one meal and I want something different he catches an attitude. Dude needs to quit and go work at Walmart or something. I get it man I work customer service too, but be so fr.

I refuse to believe any of you who gave bad reviews made any attempt to contact an actual human before getting on her and whining. Mistakes happen, but if you make one quick, simple phone call, this store will fix it! They have amazing staff and an incredible store manager!!

Made a moblie order and went through drive thru. An employee came out to my car and told me the total of my order and I told her it's been paid for on the app. I went to grab my phone to show her and she rolled her eyes and went inside. Upon coming to the window she would not open the window or acknowledge us. Then getting my food my hamburger was dripping liquid of out the wrapper and both my ice creams we're all vanilla with only a tossed chunk on top. Took the chunk off the top to get to the middle and still only vanilla. The brown long haired lady refused to talk to me. If I wanted vanilla ice cream I would go to super ones for 0.25 cents. I will never go back! I had to throw away the hamburger because of how much liquid came out of it. The bun was even soggy.

I thought that this was an okay sonic and I at one time thought the service was on the better side but after today my opinion has changed drastically. I went in early this afternoon to purchase a bag of ice and when the car hop came to my window I handed to him what I thought was a 10 dollar bill but in actuality it was a 10 and a 20 dollar bill. Well I guess I believed people are honest at heart . My total came to 3.19 I only bought one bag of ice . I handed the young man what I thought was $ 10 and one dime . .10¢ and 2 nickels . 5¢ .5¢ = $10.20 in total I told him to give me back $5 .00 which would leave him a $2.00 tip for walking 10 feet to bring me the bag of ice. But what I had actually done was handed him a $20.00 a $10.00 ¢10 and ¢.05 ¢.05 = $30.20. I am a bit tired because I've been at the hospital with my mother for the past week. But when I realized what I had done , I was at home and I knew exactly how much money I had because that $30. 00 was the last few dollars I have to my name. I am out of work because I lost my job when I got sick and couldn't work for some time. But I called sonic and told the manager what happened and he spoke to the kid about it and he right away knew what the manager was talking about and said before the manager even got the whole question out of his mouth was she only gave me 10.00 she only gave me 10.00........now they were pretty steady when I went to the restaurant so I know I wasn't the only car he had all day and for him to get defensive when asked about it that told me all I needed to know. I drove straight home and stopped no place else . I checked my entire car I walked the entire block of my street and the money was no place to be found . My opinion of this location has changed very much because I didn't realize they hired people that were so dishonest . Shame on you shame .....

Rude manager service at the car was excellent the server was great. Would have give 5 stars but recieved cold food called the ask for manager lady was polite the male manager was rude one the phone then proceeds to come outside and start yelling at me and my mother in law. I myself have trauma scares me to death all over cold food don't eat here and if you do prepare to get cold food.

Wouldn’t even give one star….Driving thru on a vacation and received this… Sept 27th 2025 around 6:30pm. Just a bun, top bun has a piece taken out of it? Thanks? Did not order that! $31 is pretty damn ridiculous for that type of service. They didn’t even seem busy!

I’ve often gone to Sonic and am blown away by the team work and resiliency and how fast the car hops are i think it’s an amazing place to eat outside and the food to me just gets better and better definitely
