Customer service, I was there for over 25 minutes...not that busy...printer lost our order....no presence of mind of staff that we still waiting...even when brought to attention no sorry, and did others drinks and then my cold brew not up to your standards. branch on 32nd & 10th.
I frequent this location and normally have a great experience. Yesterday not so much. A very young woman named Brooke screwed up my order and didn’t know which size a Venti was. When I thought they over charged me Brook got snappy with me and when I tried explaining it to her another woman with WAY too much makeup on and bright red lipstick yelled at me before I could even finish talking. Those people who work or social at Starbuck were mean a lot to me aspiring families and felt so welcome to using the signing.. I am so grateful and nice to feel to learn to communicate with.. I want to thank you for allowing welcome to be supportive..
