So, I come here every so often for a sandwich and drink. Everytime I get my drink, it's usually a different color or taste and I understand different people making it, it's different. But, this time my drink was just all ice little coffee or anything else, I took two sips (literally!) And it's gone. I don't know what else to say honestly.

I ordered a salted pecan crunch cold brew in the app and a turkey sage danish. My drink was clearly not what I ordered (see photo) and the danish was limp and soggy. Also, upon writing this, I noticed my order was duplicated. I didn’t have time to turn around and correct the issues.

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I have started going out of my way to go to a different one. The girls here are rude and act like it’s a burden to do their job. They also have found a way to mess up my drink every time no matter what I order. Do not waste your time here!

2 black coffees with cream - that was it! 3 other patrons in the place besides ourselves. Took quite SOME time standing at the counter before a ‘hello’ was even uttered - even though staff are walking back and forth. Staff looked miserable. They didn’t talk to each other. After we ordered it started to get busy EVERYONE who ordered after us, who had more complex drinks; frapps, capps, and the like, ALL got their orders before us - 2 black coffees with cream - that’s it!

Order two of the same drink, same size. Get 2 totally different drinks back, after a ridiculous amount of time I might add.
The ladies here act as if it’s the Bain of their existence to be there and serving coffee. It’s like they don’t even get along with each other.
I’d say go to the target or Albertsons locations. Much better customer service and you’ll actually get the drink you ordered. If the results weren’t a repeat thing I wouldn’t have done this review but it’s to the point now where I don’t want others to have the same experience.

This is no longer a Starbucks. Unless you want to drink Verizon wireless or buy from the Verizon store that replaced it don't go here. There is no Starbucks, just a Verizon store.
I ordered a MOCHA cookie crumble (large) with double shot. The girl who made it skipped putting the whip cream on the bottom, and when I complained to her about it, she said: "with the double shot it's too watery. You can just take it as it is or toss it. I don't care". Not to mention, my reaction to her lack of customer service was: "no worries... I will just make a complain online". The drink was awful, and I will NEVER stop at that Starbucks again. It is the one near Pizza Hut on 10th in Great Falls, MT.

Great place, BUT... Google Maps can't seem to get this particular retailer's location right! 1626 10th Ave S, is the correct address, however, the location shown on the actual GPS map is NOT-correct, as it's still placed at their old location next to Verizon, which is actually 1000 10th Ave S... GOOGLE, you need to correct this, it's very confusing and makes it difficult for people that are not aware of this, to find the place.
