Great place, BUT... Google Maps can't seem to get this particular retailer's location right! 1626 10th Ave S, is the correct address, however, the location shown on the actual GPS map is NOT-correct, as it's still placed at their old location next to Verizon, which is actually 1000 10th Ave S... GOOGLE, you need to correct this, it's very confusing and makes it difficult for people that are not aware of this, to find the place.

Great service, smiles, and quality. When my husband and I were there last time, a mentally unstable man came in yelling at staff and making a scene. The manager was a super women, she handled it ? with tact and grace. I was impressed because it was a difficult situation to be in during a busy time for them. I will go to this one every time. Even through a stressful time, staff was amazing!

Horrible experience. I'm white, but there was a barista today being condescending to a japanese customer, who is a visiting professor. Also, my order was overcharged. I waited 20 minutes to have my food order given to somebody from drive thru. And, the entire time when I pointed out problems, i was made to feel as though I was an imposition. When I chatted with customer service, they acted as though this happens so much that there was a sorry, not sorry approach. Very disappointing. You would think after paying $6.45 for a cup of coffee, they could at least be civil. I guess that is too much to ask with this store. I recommend you run as fast as you can to another location if you have to have Starbucks. My loyalty is over after 20 years of being loyal. I am only giving 1 star because it wont let me give none!

First off someone is going to end up getting into a an accident the way they have the drive thru line set up. Very dangerous. 2nd the "shift" manager this morning 10/5/23 was EXTREMELY rude and insensitive (seems like a reoccurring theme if you look at the other reviews) will not be going to this location ever again.

Love Starbucks for studying. But after feeling unmotivated today and finally getting up to do something ( go and study) it’s really annoying hearing the redhead barista talk about customers like “why are you even leaving your house when it’s this Smokey.” Loudly. I watched the other gal who was closer than I was look right up at her when she said it. I totally get being frustrated with customers, but it’s so easy to hide it

This is literally the only Starbucks that I go to, the one on the nw side of town has rude workers, the coffee is never made right and I've gotten cold food before. Even though this is location is out of my way I will continue to come here. I've never had any issues.

This Starbucks is the only one I will go to..they remember their customers by name and order..their always kind,always get your order out as soon as they can,their all around amazing!I love them!lolDietary restrictions: They always have a dietary supplement for my younger sisters coffee on hand!Kid-friendliness: Always patient with the children their customers bring and very kind,make sure they get what they need when they need it!

I would rate this store a 0 if I could. They consistently close their lobby and blame it on not enough staff yet the other Starbucks down the road has half the staff and their lobby is open. Figure it out! Poor management skills at this establishment. They also have 1 garbage on the other side of store because they are too lazy to have more. Short staffed? Then those staff members have to step it up and work faster and harder. It’s not hard. Either your entire business is open or none of it is.I’m so tired of the younger generation just closing things down when it’s a hard day. It’s sad.

VERY unfriendly and belligerent girl with long dark hair and a snotty attitude. Won’t go back here! I ordered ONE drink and 5 cake pops which she couldn’t be bothered to get ready with my drink. She said she had other drinks to make which were ordered after me and she was all mad when I asked for them again 10 minutes later!

Won’t be going back EVER!! I suggest you don’t go here.. the one on 32nd and 10th is the best!! Worth having a perfectly made drink. They treat customers horrible. Customer is always right is what they need to learn.
