Went to Starbucks in Albertsons. Needed a decaf badly. The barista made me a decaf latte, never had one before. It was amazing. Loved it, I'm hooked. ??

Definitely not a knock on the workers, but this is one of the most staffed Starbucks I've ever been to with perhaps the slowest service possible. I ordered a Trenta Strawberry Acai Refresher and a sandwich and it took 15+ minutes to get my order. I purposely went inside because the layout of the Great Falls 10th Ave Starbucks for its drive through is awful. The ordering sign is so far back you often have cars lines out in the street. The design is awful for drive through efficiency and is so slow and frankly a bit hazardous. The inside experience isn't much better took about 3-4 minutes of me standing while everyone was working for anyone to acknowledge me and another 15 plus for me to get my sandwhich and drink. Again, I don't fault the staff they are not lazy or not working, in fact they are so busy running around they probably didn't even have time to say hi or be efficient. If anything management has made some sort of plan that is clearly not effective when I can go to other Starbucks and have half the workers greet, make, and get me out of there in half the time.

Was told it would be a 45 minute wait for a prescription. When I asked why since I was standing there I was told they were short staffed. The clerk threw the prescription at me and told me to “feel free to take it somewhere else that could fill it faster.” I told her I would but this was the only place my mom’s insurance would approve. She was rude, condescending and sarcastic. Hands down only went there because the other store didn’t have the meds in stock. Not impressed at all.

Quite a racket you’ve got going in the bakery - selling “raspberry filled donut holes”. Funny thing though, the only raspberry filling is right at the opening; absolutely NONE in the entire thing. This whole container was like that. They used to be really good but not since you decided to cheat your customers. Great business practice.

Oh where to start? The deli crew is unmotivated, three people that obviously hate their job. Went in one night at 8p.m. and they had only one cashier working and the self check out was shut down. The line stretched back to the alcohol before the cashier asked one of the four people standing around for help. so they close at like 1a.m. or something, pretty late, they were closing isles for cleaning at 10p.m. isn't that why they close? to clean and restock without inconveniencing their "valued" customers? the one that really did it for me was they ran out of chicken in a Tuesday night a 6p.m. you know, peak dinner time! Word is that wasn't the first time. This store used to be my go to, now it is my absolute last option to go to, I'd rather drive across town than go in this ghetto store. it's like they gave up after Super 1 opened.
