As we all know, Starbucks can get very pricy but also be the savior of the day. So Starbucks is where I spend most of my money. Inconveniently, the Starbucks on 10th and 32nd is where I go. As I’ve pushed away the passive aggressive attitude for to long I’ve finally for the first time have decided to right a review. No I’m not your typical Karen either, I’m actually 19 years old. When I’m constantly getting robbed with a side of attitude is when I have a problem. On several occurrences I’ve went to this specific location and there’s been no coffee in my drink, just straight milk. With me being a first time mother, 1 coffee is nearly essential and 2 I don’t have the time to run back and ask them to remake that. On a different occasion, I had the pleasure of speaking with miss stephanine, who I believe is the manager that had the worst attitude towards me when I asked for a remake

I ordered my wife a iced pumpkin spiced latte and it came out as a peppermint latte. Plus my iced mocha was not the best. Not really gonna come back i think.

I just walked in this Starbucks and neither of the baristas greeted me. I waited about 3 minutes and still no service. The barista working the front register could have easily spoke and said I’ll be right with you. There wasn’t any customers in front of me. I was the only customer in the store and no one waited on me. I just walked out. This is terrible service!

The evening of August 26th ee paid with an giftcard at this Starbucks. It was a brand new gift card never used and we didn’t know how much was left on the gift card which we told to the barista. She handed us our drink and said have a good day and didn’t hand us back the gift card. My husband asked what her if there was a balance left on the card. She rolled her eyes, printed out another receipt and handed us back the card which had almost another $20 on it. Very disappointed with the service and shady interaction.

I ordered a pumpkin crème chia and it was $7 for it to taste really watered down. I had them remake it too and it was the same result. I don’t know I genuinely don’t understand it. But it shouldn’t have been $7 for it especially if it’s not a decent drink.

I got a strawberry açaí refresher and got no strawberries.. they also got my cup size wrong, drink also didn’t taste right and barista gave an attitude
When passing through I ordered a large light iced drink and this is what I received. I shouldn't have even driven away but I was in such shock and a hurry. It was PACKED with ice and not even filled to the top!
