Ordered Venti Lattes this morning. I didn’t notice if the first one was like this but when I took lid off the 2nd one to warm it up found it sure was NOT a Venti, a Grande would be pushing it! See pictures. I don’t usually say anything but when prices are raised at stores and they want to charge a $1.00 extra if you want a no ice latte filled normally - I can’t help but say something. That isn’t space for foam either because that’s what popped up lid is for, the foam or whip.

Made a quick stop. Went inside and ordered a couple of sandwiches and two Americano's. Sandwiches were done pretty quickly. The Americano's never showed up. Had to go up and get my money back for the drinks. There were a number of people who did the same. Some people came in after we were waited on, and they got their order first. This was a very bad experience. More than likely, I won't go back.

Awful customer service. My mother almost had the police called on her for speaking her native language with her friends. They weren’t bothering anyone, they all bought drinks, and no one had complained. The manager came up to them and told them to leave or they were calling the police. Not sure if it was a race thing or she was just having a bad day and needed to take it out on someone but either way it’s absolutely unacceptable.

I get the same drink every single day and I used to work at Starbucks so I know what it should taste like and anytime I say they made it wrong I get told that I'm wrong. I just really wish people would pay attention to the actual stickers on drinks so that they're made correctly and own up to it if it's not right.

Wasn't happy they don't have a lot of different sugar free syrups
Can't stand Vanilla Syrup
I never ate there so I don't know anything about their food
Just had a cold brew coffee which was good but I wanted sugar free mocha and peppermint syrups in the cold brew

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We ordered around $30 worth of drinks & food for starters. Once we got done my mother in law went out to smoke. Mind you she is at the end of the building around NO ONE so I know for a fact no one could smell it. She was at the parking lot area. One of the female employees came out and told her she needed to quit smoking on their premises. There is NO sign saying no smoking at their location that we seen anyhow or she would have not even smoked there. Then the employees turned around and mumbled under her breath what sounded like “if you could just leave NOW” so we will NEVER go back to any Starbucks especially this one and will blast this location on every social media I have! Do better Starbucks! Hire employees that actually care & have respect! This is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. If she didn’t wont her smoking she could have asked nicely or done in a different manner. Which I’m sure she don’t care that Starbucks lost a everyday customer that spends lots of money with them but I sure hope the cooperate sees this and makes changes or else you will see a huge loss in business!!

Very poorly run, have to ask for no ice to get enough beverage to drink, they are always 1" below top of cup, got a frappuccino that was not frozen, like drinking barely cold milk. Staff not at all interested in providing decent service.

Went thru drive thru yesterday at this NW location and the service was terrible and has been consistently getting worse. They were rude and interrupting while trying to give order. The service is going downhill in a hurry at this location. We backed up out of the drive thru and left. Won't be returning. The Starbucks in Albertsons is wonderful! They are amazing we would highly suggest going to them as an alternate choice!

One very rude employee who cuts you off trying to order. She can't get your order right. Then letting the manager know, the manager shrugged it off and subbed her nose at me. We were loyal customers to that store. Customer service is why you buy overpriced coffee. Thanks for starting the day off badly. I hope that corporate reads the reviews and can address this issue.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I live near Seattle and travel 4 states, always stopping for coffee and snacks. I will never stop here again.

Edith was very RUDE & uneducated on orders, very unpleasant experience tried to triple charge me because she didn’t know how to key in an order. Last time some kid name josh was dismissive & equally as unprofessional as Edith. Go to a better Starbucks location, don’t waste your time or money here.
