Scott went above and beyond at the Northwest location we got our order we made correctly and he even hand delivered it to us when we had to pull around to lobby side. Thanks Scott from Starbucks! ☕

the girl who helped me was extremely nice though, and i was genuinely disappointed with the outcome of my drink. they messed up my drink… not once… not twice… but three freaking times, it was supposed to be a mocha and strawberry purée, do you see any mocha?, and they still got it wrong, not to mention that last time i went there i got served a broken cup… granted they fixed it when i went into the store but y’all should be checking the cups before you serve it.

Went in to get my pickup order my first drink was there. My second drink was just a coffee with cream didn't get made until about 12 minutes later. I had to ask for them to even start making it.

My wife was the first one at this location for the 2025 Christmas bear cups. Saw one on the shelf and waited till 4:30am to go inside. Upon going inside no bear cup. I suspect employees there bought them before the store even opened. 0/5 stars. They’re not supposed to clean the shelf before the store opens. Especially during a holiday drop. I did call the district manager.

Each time I’ve gone here, the coffee tastes burnt and the milk tastes sour. Orders wrong. I’ve had a drink spilled on me through the drive through because the lid wasn’t on… you guys could do better.

Customer services wasn’t the best. We waited while the staff ignored us. Our order was incomplete and it took a long time to get our bakery items. Maybe more training their staff on customer service. We had speak up to get noticed. Just horrible.
I honestly cannot tell if the employees I just encountered are lazy as heck or if they just all hate their job…. Horrible service horrible atmosphere. Music was so loud I couldn’t even hear myself think!! It’s 6:30am be for real.

Hey, it's Starbucks, you know what to expect. Friendly service, adequately staffed inside - which I went given the line of cars filled with people too lazy to walk in.

If you order inside it a long wait cause they work on drive thur orders first and if you order ahead and there line your drink is watery and when you ask them to remake they want to tell me what I need to do next time if there a long wait so the order aren't watery I order 2 fraps and you can look at them and see they where sitting there for awhile. I was I line for over 15 mins. Not my fault but they acted like it was my fault
