I ordered Curbside through the Subway app. I waited 20 minutes curbside after my food was done. I ended up having to send my daughter in where she waited another 10 minutes while the only worker in there, continued to make food for other customers. By time I got home (15 minutes away), the half of my sandwich I was eating was soggy and mushy. It was revolting. Complete waste of money!

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Last 3 experiences with this location were horrible. Horrendous customer service and food quality. 1st & 3rd experiences Both sandwiches were missing all condiments, found a hair in my sandwich on 3rd time. Hung up on when I called the location. Employees are rude.

We came to Great Falls on a road trip to Oklahoma, from Canada. We were staying at the MainStay across the street, and wanted to get some subs for dinner. We walked in, but there was nobody at the counter. A few minutes later, a grumpy mid 20-30s man came out. He took our order, and made a total of 4 subs. When this man made our subs, he made quite a few trips to the back to replenish ingredients. When he was almost done, (might I add he took awhile) a couple walked in. Before they even got through the door, the subway worker yelled, “I am not making anymore subs.” Even though the subway wasn’t closing for another 3 hours. Very bad experience, and I wouldn’t order here again even if my life depended on it. Extremely disappointed.

Torrie was our sandwich artist last night. She was the BEST! She told my husband that she works there because she likes making sandwiches for people AND IT SHOWS. Best Subway subs we have ever had! Thank you, Torrie!!!!

Love subway ? I put 4 for service rather than a 5 because, no one seems they don't want to work. So some are nice and other people sound like robots any more. It's hit and miss type of situation.
