I visited this Subway at 1601 Fox Farm Rd in Great Falls tonight and had a very disappointing experience. The chicken wrap I ordered tasted spoiled and unpleasant, quite honestly, it tasted like puke! The employee working at the time also seemed disengaged and was difficult to communicate with, which added to my concern about how the food was handled. I ended up not finishing my meal because I was worried about food safety. I hope management addresses food freshness and staff professionalism at this location.

Don’t eat here! Was in the bathroom and the big worker with a beard and tats leaves after crapping without washing his hands. To make it worse he went straight to handling food, I said something to him and he started making fun of me and being rude. I will never be eating here again. Need the health dept to crack down on these poorly ran places.

I ordered Curbside through the Subway app. I waited 20 minutes curbside after my food was done. I ended up having to send my daughter in where she waited another 10 minutes while the only worker in there, continued to make food for other customers. By time I got home (15 minutes away), the half of my sandwich I was eating was soggy and mushy. It was revolting. Complete waste of money!

I don't know who the girl was working tonight but she was very nice and funny. Had a great experience, from Indiana or I would definitely come back.

We came to Great Falls on a road trip to Oklahoma, from Canada. We were staying at the MainStay across the street, and wanted to get some subs for dinner. We walked in, but there was nobody at the counter. A few minutes later, a grumpy mid 20-30s man came out. He took our order, and made a total of 4 subs. When this man made our subs, he made quite a few trips to the back to replenish ingredients. When he was almost done, (might I add he took awhile) a couple walked in. Before they even got through the door, the subway worker yelled, “I am not making anymore subs.” Even though the subway wasn’t closing for another 3 hours. Very bad experience, and I wouldn’t order here again even if my life depended on it. Extremely disappointed.
