Wiped off bar with glove and touched my food with it. Unacceptable. Also toasted mine with someone’s chicken sandwich. There’s different cooking modes for steak and chicken so I had to ask for it to be toasted enough for the cheese to melt and he double toasted it

Dont plan on spending my money here in the near future. The one guy Aaron is extremely short tempered and makes weird comments to female patrons. The store often has flies in it, muck on the tables and the floors, they’re commonly out of cups and lids, and the drink station is extremely sticky and unkempt. Would not recommend until some changes happen.

This place has 1 great sandwich maker and 1 aweful (ruin your sandwich) maker. Past 3 times we get the good person doing the meat and the bad one doing the sandwich. 1 bad sand, 1 terrible sand and 1 we litterally threw away @ the dam store. If she's there next time we stop in we're not even ordering a sandwich. Hey at least they had soup for once

I usually go here when i’m sleeping over with my grandmother on saturdays, and normally the blonde and red haired ladies who serve me are very cordial and speedy with their service, but it was another guy this time. Normally when Mike or the two ladies are running the store it is a very clean and bustling place, but when Aaron is running the store it is quite filthy. There were flies at all the tables, and by the ingredients. There were maybe 5 or 6 flies buzzing around my table trying to get into my sandwich bag and my soda cup. I didn’t even manage to open up my sandwich because i was so disgusted by the state the restaurant was in, and had to leave. Please make a better effort to clean the store, or at least put up fly tape.

Did not place an order due to the number of flies landing on the tables and chairs. There was only one staff member working and she left the counter to smoke. In the meantime, customers walked in and were waiting at least 8-10 minutes while she was on a smoke break and one customer walked out because there was no service.
