This is in no way against the people working at this establishment. But when I’m waiting in line for 20 minutes and you stop me to make some online order it is frustrating. Have someone make those in the back. The people that took the time to drive there deserve to be served first. I went to jimmy John’s and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Do better sub way you are a shadow of what you used to be.

Ordered online and they didn't have one of the products. They literally could not refund my money.. they made me settle for a box of cookies instead of giving me my money back. In top of it they didnt toast either of our sandwiches. They were extremely rude about the whole situation. Terrible service.

The woman who was working here today at 6 pm was amazing!! Super fast and efficient! Just so good.She asked a younger coworker for help (she was assembling about half a dozen subs) and he was much slower.Good

When I walked into subway there was no one upfront to greet me, I work in a restaurant and understand there are other tasks to be accomplished in the back. But the door bell rang, no one comes to greet me so I stand there for 3 minutes before saying "hello??" and two employees come rushing up front. While standing and waiting for my sandwich I noticed there were strands of various vegetables in the wrong containers (cross contamination) but its veggies so no big deal. it happens. Upon further inspection I was quite disturbed by what I saw. The entire meat slicer was covered in VARIOUS meats. (again cross contamination) The meat slicer was left disgusting directly in-front of the order station. No one was prepping when I came in, it was just sitting there.Disgusting-will not be going back. West side subway it held to a way higher standard.

Out of onions??? Really??? Who is running this place, Joe Biden? A 3 year old? Let me help you out. We have these buildings now that sell food and most have a section devoted to fresh produce. I think onions are probably in stock. This is an owner and/or manager that just doesn't care. How do these places stay in business. Pathetic!
