Been sitting here in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for food while watching cars pull into the drive thru and leaving. Apparently drive times are more important to these people than customers who want to sit in and enjoy the facilities. Might as well just shut down the lobby.

I won't give my business here no longer I find the younger crew to have way more respect than their manager who is awful older than them who has zero customer service skills that are friendly they are very hostile and and I'm pleasant I'm also going to let my friends and family know to take their business elsewhere so they don't have to have the experience I had.

The short woman with no neck that tells people to have a sense of urgency while biting her finger nails and putting her fingers in her mouth should probley be fired for sanitary issues. Gross.

The food was the only good thing out of this but disappointed that I was rushed by the drive through associate. Then she immediately gets the card without my receipt and quickly closed the door. Honestly I would expect better since we were the only ones in the drive thru line and was not busy at all. But glad the food was good at least.

The food is usually great, I have had a couple bad experiences but overall I look forward to getting Taco Bell. They usually keep the line moving and are usually able to fake like they enjoy their job.
The food's good and the staff is excellent! My problem is that they started trying to upsell everything. It's just ridiculous. I know this is a management issue and not an employee issue. Please get rid of your management; things were better before.

Came in at lunch, waited 25 minutes, then had to leave without my food so I wouldn’t be late to work. What kind of fast food place takes 20+ minutes for a small order.
