Went today very late for the lobby, had to pay in cash was greeted kindly and patiently, given our drink cups promptly, waited only a few minutes, which I considered reasonable due to the hour and the fact that they obviously had some stuff they were working on, when our food came out they apologized for the wait, which was a nice surprise because i wasn't impatient or anything, had to ask for mild sauce but was kindly approached, and offered as many as i needed, we walked to the car to eat, so they would be able to finish the work they needed without holding them up, food was hot!!! Seasoned well, not soggy, plenty of cheese but the best part was the loaded beef nachos i ordered! Absolutely loaded, always nice to see that!! I have enjoyed coming here since moving from out of state, and will be back!!

I want to preface this by saying my gf and I are huge TB fans. We have eaten more times than I want to admit at the one on Broadway in Missoula for years and is amazing. Never have I gotten sick (despite what people always joke about).
Of the 3 times we've come here there twice there were items missing which is one thing I get it, no big deal. But this last time we went we there was another item missing, the cheese was missing on the cantina qasedia, and for the first time ever we both got sick from TB.
We both were woken up with quite violent GI problems and quite painful stomach cramps. TB was the only thing which we had both eaten in several days.
Will never return, and very sad about it :.(

Went for lunch at 11:40am on 11/13/2025. Stood at the counter for four minutes and was never greeted. However, I was treated to seven (yes, I counted them) F-bombs by a young man wearing a headset in the kitchen. He seemed more interested in entertaining his co-workers than actually working.
I've watched the decline in customer service at this location over the last few years.
I walked out without ordering.

Service was absolutely horrible, I went inside and stood there for over 5 minutes… 2 workers walked right by me didn’t say hi, one even came up to register I was standing at put something in and walked off… no one even waited on me so I left

Everything I ordered was about 1/4 the way full. I know burritos are wrapped in tortillas, but I swear they wrapped another tortilla inside just to skimp on the filling. Tomatoes tasted gross and most of my things had no sauce. Best thing they can do is chips and cheese.
Got a grilled cheese steak burrito and they made that 10 out of 10 standard

This is the second time i go to this place….second time im disappointed. I ordered the 3 tacos combo…to go. When I got to the hotel and opened the tacos, there was hardly anything in them. I don’t expect extra food, but I do expect for them have food. I paid full price, so I expect a full meal in exchange.
Taco Bell employees won’t take your order you have to use kiosk. We walked out and went to taco treat. They still take your order and food is better also. Never again Taco Bell

The people are cool, and nice but I ordered food at the front counter and I waited almost an hour , I get being busy but this is probably one of the slowest taco bells I've been to you get way quicker service at the one on the west side.
