I ordered the 3 tacos Supreme to go. When I got home, I opened each taco and 2 of the 3 taco shells were broken. What a mess to eat.Parking: They need to have someone pick up the trash to make the outside area look more presentable.

Do not go to this Taco Bell. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. I’m here for work and came here for a second time giving them another chance. However, after waiting 10+ minutes in the drive-through I finally got my food. I checked my bag as I was driving away from the drive-through and my food was cold so I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to a lady. I told a lady my food was cold and I want my money back. I also didn’t have a receipt that came with my order so I couldn’t file a formal complaint. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that she could print me a receipt. However, it wouldn’t do me any good. She did not listen to my concerns and continued to speak over what I had to say. It takes a lot for me to get angry and complain. It doesn’t take much to give good customer service in a fast food setting. This place definitely doesn’t have it. This is also the second time I never received a receipt with my order. I want to spread the word that this place is extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t trust them with my food. There’s absolutely no reason why my food should be cold the moment I grab it from the drive-through window. The lady on the phone wanted nothing to do with me or listen to my concerns. Stay away.

Great food and service for door dashers like me. Just stay away from the cinnamon twists, they should be just called twists.
Ordered online order for pick up, order was made incorrectly. Went back to have it corrected to come home to find they made the same exact food again. I did call and they will make it right but how does a simple order get made incorrectly not even with in 10 mind time with a detailed order twice in a row. Than be told by a employee that it was guaranteed made correctly the 2nd time. Unprofessional.
