Service was absolutely horrible the last few times I came in and management (team lead). I'm surprised to be honest! Food also hasn't been what I ordered.

It's not fair to blame the restaurant for the inability to staff it, but it's unrealistic to say the service is great when they don't acknowledge anyone in the lobby while they frantically try to keep up.

I ordered food online and waited in the store for almost 30 minutes. I had to go back to work and never received my food. The manager was super rude when I asked about it. Go to one of the other locations and save yourself the migraine.
Very disrespectful management and I had to wait 34 minutes at the counter to get some assistance and I asked them like 5 times if I could get some assistance

They make you pull around to the front to decrease their drive through wait time then take twice as long to walk your food out to you. They also can't seem to figure out how to put sauce on the chicken quesadilla, even after ordering, and paying for extra sauce. Just go to another location.

i am a very frequent customer of taco bell, and the other two locations i seem to never have a problem with. whether i order at the window, or on doordash, my order is always wrong when i order from here. i just placed an order through doordash and got a receipt with everything i ordered written on it but only one item arrived and the drink i received was wrong too. i understand it can be busy and mess ups happen, but it has happened every single time i’ve ordered from this store. get it together.
