i am a very frequent customer of taco bell, and the other two locations i seem to never have a problem with. whether i order at the window, or on doordash, my order is always wrong when i order from here. i just placed an order through doordash and got a receipt with everything i ordered written on it but only one item arrived and the drink i received was wrong too. i understand it can be busy and mess ups happen, but it has happened every single time i’ve ordered from this store. get it together.

Employees looked sick without a mask food was all sloppy, my food was cold and the portions were terrible the lobby is always a mess. Food is over priced for the slop I’m getting just stay home and look up how to make your own food don’t waist it on any of these Taco Bell’s they don’t care about there employees or customers they just want your money

If your going too Taco Bell just take the extra time and go too the one by McDonald's on tenth. The amount of language used around my kids and family is ridiculous.

Slow service and snappy employees. None of them were worried about the lobby only the drive thru. Placed a mobile order not one other person in the lobby just me that had ordered 30 minutes before I showed up. Order still not done. Order canceled I will gladly drive down the road to a different location where I will get service.

I ordered 4 different items at a measured pace with a clear voice. I was asked by the young lady to repeat my order after the first item. Thinking I hadn't been loud enough for her to hear me, I started to repeat the order with a louder volume. Immediately someone came on the mike telling me she was the only one there, take it easy. Extremely rude, no need for it.

The food was good, and what I notice a lot of tables are dirty and this is a trend I see in a lot of fast food restaurants, either lazy people or low staffing and they don't have time to clean?

Well the food was definitely a disappointment. But, the experience was very weird as well. When I was handed my brown bag of food out of the window. It was pretty much kind of thrown at me. And he said, here you go have a good night. I asked for some extra mild sauce. I think he put about 50 little packets of mild sauce. A little overkill don’t you think? As far as the food… I ordered 2 chalupas with only steak and cheese. We'll! LOL! I definitely got cheese!!! And about 5, oh wait!? make that four! I mean four pieces of meat lol. Btw it was $18 for the two.
Xaria Is the realest! I used their drive thru and when my payment failed she went out of her way to pay for my meal. It was only $3 but that shows alot about her character and I’m forever grateful. I hope this Taco Bell appreciates her as much as I do! Her personality and attitude are always above and beyond! Thank you Xaria!

Hoped the would have better specials on their menu , love the Chaulpas and I like the fact that other places carry their gift cards so I don't have to run around trying to find one for a gift ?
TB did something to the hamburger flavor. I can't handle it anymore. It is awful in the tacos, the pizza, and the burritos. Bring the original flavor back!
