I placed an online order for around 50 dollars worth. 4 meals placed the order at 330 for to-go. It wasnt until 4:21 when i actually received the food. When i did receive it the fried foods were soggy with oil and cold. For the price and alotted time i could have been to a sit down and possibly eaten by then. In short save your time and money. Pics just show the inconsistency in portion and ingredients being included.

I ordered a bean burrito with no cheese and it was pitiful. They really skipped on the beans and it was cold. And, why do the owners give prayer hands only for bad reviews. They should address all of the concerns customers are sharing, make it right.

Not great, kind of dirty. Cashier (Debbie?) was impatient & berated another employee in front of us. Didn't combine our meals & sides as combos, charged us separately for every item causing the bill to be $15 more than it should've been. Will not return.

I can’t write a review on the food because I never received it. I walked out after waiting 20 minutes for ONE single taco to go. Workers just seemed spaced out and confused. There was only one other person in the lobby by the way and the drive thru was pretty slim too. Not the worst $4 I’ve ever spent.

Ordered food on the app, and they were closed, it charged me anyway, went to store, they said i have to contact app support, app support is entirely unresponsive, i only get auto replays saying they will get back to me... they don't, i'm out close to $30. Completely unacceptable, its credit card fraud.

I still don't understand why there's no Taco John's on the East Coast. As far as I'm concerned they would put Taco Bell out of business.

They tried best they could but couldn't get my order straight when I pulled up. A manager, I would assume, had to take over midway taking my order, and still the wrong item was included at the window. I had to catch and request the right one be prepared. The whole process was unbearably slow start to finish. Then, the food was just falling apart/poorly constructed. I'm not sure what was going on, and it might be different on a different day, but that was a notably bad experience.
