I ordered two Fiesta Tacos. When I received them they felt like they came out of the refrigerator. I was told it was because the vegetables were cold. But does not explain cold meat and cold tortilla. When I was asked what I wanted I said hot food. And the answer was I was told to go somewhere else to eat. All I wanted was a hot dinner. I've had food from them I go to them all the time and they've always been good until this one time and then they had to treat me so crappy

This place is so gross 🤢 I will never eat at this taco johns ever. Doesn't even taste like any of the other taco johns mushy. My daughter said hers tasted like perfume. Mine contained not one not two but 3 hairs. I called one of the taco johns and they were willing to do a complete refund. The one that own or manages the one of 14th is very unprofessional. He was unwilling to refund me even though we didn't eat it. Another taco had a puddle of pinkish white liquid and was cold yes the meat. My son threw up this morning from eating the potato ole's

TACO JOHNS WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND OR FIX YOUR FOOD. Horrible experience everything they could have messed up they did, wrong meat in all 5 of our tacos, one of them was cold another had an allergen warning from us of no pico and tomato yet there was pico and tomato, staff was rude when we explained our situation and was demeaning to the point where they even closed the window on us, they said we can talk to the “big boss” in 3 days, doubt they’ll do anything to help.

Come here all the time. All I wanted was a beef cheese crisp. Yes they do make them. Just frustrated cause I got a broken taco shell, little bit of melted cheese and a boatload of beef on top. No cheese covering it. Just disappointing. Also older gal took my money then went and made food with no gloves. My order was SO SIMPLE. no one in drive thru. Not busy. Very disappointed.
