Horrible experience there was employees using profanities and crying running in and out of the kitchen going outside to smoke screaming to kick customers out of the store. had children standing at the kitchen doorway inside where hot food was being prepared. When I left I called to let them know of my experience and was hung up on by a female employee with street clothes on and the kids. I called back again and a male manager told me I was out of luck to talk to someone higher than him. He told me nothing he could do about it blamed it on us customers for making it busy and their job harder. Him and the melody or memory girl with the kids inside the store should be fired!!!!! The only girl that was professional was Launa C.

i called and asked if breakfast was still being served because it wasn’t showing up online or on doordash, and i got the response “yeah i don’t know what to tell you” which came off pretty rude 😂

I ordered two Fiesta Tacos. When I received them they felt like they came out of the refrigerator. I was told it was because the vegetables were cold. But does not explain cold meat and cold tortilla. When I was asked what I wanted I said hot food. And the answer was I was told to go somewhere else to eat. All I wanted was a hot dinner. I've had food from them I go to them all the time and they've always been good until this one time and then they had to treat me so crappy
This place is so gross 🤢 I will never eat at this taco johns ever. Doesn't even taste like any of the other taco johns mushy. My daughter said hers tasted like perfume. Mine contained not one not two but 3 hairs. I called one of the taco johns and they were willing to do a complete refund. The one that own or manages the one of 14th is very unprofessional. He was unwilling to refund me even though we didn't eat it. Another taco had a puddle of pinkish white liquid and was cold yes the meat. My son threw up this morning from eating the potato ole's
