I don't know if it's just this location but my order was absolutely horrible and horrific! When I opened the box for my taco salad, I was in disbelief! Taco salads with extra beef and potato ole's are my go to at Taco John's. The potatoes were barely warm and had absolutely no seasoning on them. I'm very disappointed. $13.36 down the drain 😡

The people here are slow, the people who take orders have a very hard time with it. The service is bad and the food is not worth the headache.
Worry less on upselling and moving people thru ASAP to cheat the drive thru time and focus more on giving people their complete order. Food is always good, just usually missing something

Night crew is helpful and timely. early morning crew leaves the store filthy, doesn’t acknowledge customers. And several employees were texting and talking on the phone, never changing gloves or prioritizing customers.

This place has terrible cooks, they shouldn't even be in customer service with that sort of attitude. I asked to have my under portioned food to be remade and they gave me attitude. I don't recommend this place and will be leaving bad reviews everywhere to make sure we warn customers of this problematic taco John's.
