Came in today with my husband and my dad, we ordered our food and it was kind of a lot. Bethany carried out 2 trays at once and dropped my cheese fries. Then she threw her hands up and walked away, no apology and no attempt to clean up the mess. She asked the cooks (very loudly) to remake them while another girl with glittery eyeshadow cleaned up the mess and apologized. We got our new fries and she basically threw them on the table and walked away, again, no apology, nothing. You think it would be done there, right? Nope the whole time we sat there and ate. We had to listen to her very loudly talk about how she didn’t care that she dropped our food, and it was an accident, but kept stating how she didn’t care and then to top it all off her hyena laugh is super annoying. I will only give us one more shot because my husband likes the food, but I’m telling you right now that if we walk in and she is working, we will turn around and leave, I understand that finding workers is hard this day and age, but I’m almost positive you guys can do better than her. If you want to keep your business, you got to get rid of the one that is sinking it.
