Teriyaki Madness used to be a favorite spot for my girlfriend and I. After last night we definitely won’t be back. First we ordered curb side pick up, got a message saying the last few details were getting added; 10 minutes later it never came. I went inside and retrieve my food. Didn’t make an issue of it due to working in retail I understand being short staffed and/or having a rush period. When we got home, I was enjoying my dinner when I took a big bite of fried rice. A long piece of hair was in my mouth! Pulled it out and I was done. Now today, I was having stomach cramps all morning and felt awful. By afternoon time I was puking. I definitely got food poisoning from last night.

Nice small quaint teriyaki spot. Food was good loved the char grilled chicken and sauce and ragoons were great. Other than that it was ok. Didn’t care for the texture or veggie mixture in fried rice. Side veggies were fine. Quite expensive for the amount you get but still good price point. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and clean facility. Will be go to for Quick teriyaki when not near mall

Usually fast service and good food. There was one time I had to wait an exorbitant amount of time, the manager made it a priority to acknowledge and compensate us for the inconvenience. I will be going back here again in the future. Obviously this was a rare occasion for them and they made an effort toake up for it

The food is great but it is so not worth the wait on your lunch break. I waited 30 minutes for my order today and watched everyone who ordered after me receive their food before me. It was two bowls that were just noodles and meat.

Love my food every time, great customer service and clean and spacious atmosphere
We have ordered here before and always had good meals. But this time we had several takeout meals delivered. They're were no utensils to eat with and no napkins. Food was ok but those who had the bowls that were teriyaki thought they forgot the teriyaki sauce on the meat. I ordered mad spicy bowl, meat didn't seem like it had any sauce of any kind on it. We were all a little disappointed in the whole thing.

I brought a college soccer team with 23 players here. I called ahead just to let them know we were coming. They were more than eager to have us when we arrived. They immediately started taking our orders. They crushed it. Friendly staff food came out quickly. Staff was attentive to us. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure.

It's been over 4 years since I've had teriyaki in a restaurant (due to a gluten intolerance). I was so happy my bf found this place, the food was EXCELLENT! Unfortunately I couldn't put my chopsticks down long enough to take a photo ??♀️ Great value as well, the bowl came packed with rice, meat, PLUS fresh and perfectly cooked veggies!
