I've had (as one should expect) good teriyaki in Seattle. Great Falls is ways away, so I walked in this restaurant with modest expectations. Fortunately, I was not disappointed. You really get what you pay for. The portion sizes are massive, sometimes too much (it can serve as your lunch and dinner).

The food itself, no complaints. It tasted good. I actually prefer one of their non-teriyaki dishes (the orange chicken bowl). When it's quiet (as in the photo), good seating options. During lunchtime, finding a table might be a challenge.

Food is inconsistent. Sometimes it takes like ten minutes to be ready and it is hot a much better tasting, sometimes it is ready right away and definitely not hot enough. I like hot food.

I ordered the orange chicken with vegetables and noodles. I had a couple pieces of chicken with gristle which gave me a gag reflect. The noodles needed to be cooked an additional 5 more minutes.

Ask for specific details for my food, then when I get my food, the guy actually says they didn’t see my request till it was done. Then still gives it to me like here take as it is! Not the first time either, like they just enjoy bullshiting with each other rather than doing their job! I used to go there twice a week, lucky if I go back at all!

Very disappointed. Waited for 30 minutes for a Jr. Bowl. I ordered it to go. It was brought to me on a tray. I asked if I could get it to go and I was told that it would be 5 minutes. I waited 20 more minutes and it was finally brought to me. I opened up the bag when I got to my car and the food was cold. There was only 1 other person in the restaurant. They came in after me and got their food way before me.

I no longer live in Great Falls but I always make a point to stop at TM when I’m in town. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly and the space is always clean. I think what I love most is that the food is consistently good. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant that has consistently good food every time. When I come back to Great Falls I know where I’ll be getting lunch!

I always order a regular-sized tofu bowl and am usually happy with it. Today, since I’m nine months pregnant and extra hungry, I decided to pay for extra tofu.

It came 13 pieces of tofu which didn’t seem like extra. I called to double-check, and they told me that a regular bowl typically comes with 6-7 pieces so I did receive an extra portion. I was surprised because I’ve ordered this bowl many times before and I’m pretty familiar with the usual amount, but the guy said he even asked the manager to confirm. He was nice enough so I thought I must be mistaken and I apologized for bothering him.

I was curious so I looked up the on their website and it lists 14 pieces of tofu as a standard serving for a regular bowl. So I just got a standard amount and I did not get the extra portion. It’s not the end of the world, but it was disappointing, especially when you’re super pregnant and looking forward to it. What I got was delicious, I just wish I got what I paid for. Hopefully it was just a one time mix-up. :(

We went out as a family of 4. We had paid roughly $75.00. I personally ordered a orange chicken with rice and extra veggies. I got 5 pieces of orange chicken. That was well done. On top of no extra vegetables that I paid for. Two young girls were gossiping out front. It's expensive to eat out now a days as is. I hadn't come to teriyaki madness because of the last experience! I am unsure of what to think anymore. We used to love it but they can't even get the simple things right! Disappointed in the overall experience.

I have never had a problem with the food, its always good. We live 40 miles out of town and decided to get food to go. I should have looked at our order before we left. Completely messed up one of the orders, asked for 2 spicey orange chicken, and 1 regular orange chicken. Got home and it was a spicey grilled orange chicken.

Walked in and never got greeted by anyone after a couple of minutes the guy asked what I wanted he was rude and unkind as well as the other gentleman that I asked sauce from when I got home I lifted one of the last chicken katsu peices and there I saw a what looked to be a pubic hair I’m absolutely disgusted by the service of this establishment.

The food is really good but I barely got any meat for the price I paid and I also asked for all the veggies but got none.
