My god what has happened with this place, came in with family and spent 70$ on some absolute dog chow. Got in and got seated and waited 45 minutes for some absolutely cold and hard sandwiches, people rant and rave but I’m here to give a WARNING, be cautious wary eater the smells in this place might drive you to the verge of tears.

This place had really good reviews and I was excited to try it, but to say it was horrible is an understatement.
We ordered the caprese, they didn't have tomato, and told them no balsamic and that it was to go. She handed us a table number, and again we said sorry it's to go. We waited almost 30 mins for the food when they weren't even busy on a Thursday evening. They bring out the food.. and it's not to go. So they box it up and we leave and walk 10 mins back to our hotel to open the sandwich and find it covered in balsamic vinegar.
We called back and told them what sandwich we had and what was wrong and asked them to remake it and the girl was like uhhhmmmmm yeah so the turkey pesto? Obviously didn't even listen to anything we said.
She said give it 10 mins, the walk back was 10 mins, and then had to wait another 10 mins for the remade sandwich and the rest of our food was cold by the time we got back.
Garbage service. Dry ass Mac and cheese. And it was $40 for two people.

The last 2 visits I’ve found black wavy/curly beard hair in my sandwich and stuck to chips. Could not finish after that. Sure enough, the cook both times had a dark curly beard.
I will not be returning here. Ew.
First time passing through great falls and decided to have lunch here. All of us loved our sandwiches. We will be back if we are in the area.

I am extremely disappointed in my food from this afternoon. I in the past have had full size well put together sandwiches, For $14 I expect that service. Today it was thrown together and the bread was the size of my palm. The other sandwich we ordered was to size and seemed fine, If the bead was changed we should have been warned how small it would be. Not impressed.

I tried the cheesesteak sandwich and chips. No flavor, super dry chopped burger, and barely any peppers or onions . The homemade chips left a burnt taste in your mouth. Very disappointed. It took an entire hour for lunch. Very slow and definitely not steak.
