its super busy this morning. you need more help out front. Food sat in the window for at least 10 minutes and came out cold. too busy to send it back and get a warm plate of food. poor wait staff are running nonstop. you need a busser!
Tracy’s food is served hot and in a timely manner. All the staff is friendly, and working to meet the needs of customers. It’s a great place for kids to eat as well.
we have been there 3 times now. 1 time we got right in and it was great. the other 2 rimes they have taken our number and put us on the list. the 1st time "they put our number in wrong" even though I got a text message to begin with. Many people thay arrived after us got seated and I went and asked and they treated us like we never had checked in to begin with.
