I want to start this off with the fact that I love True Brew and have gone there every single day for years, I’ve spend thousands of dollars there, great service I love the people. BUT the white chocolate was changed and it is absolutely horrible going with any lotus drink which is all I get there, the employees have tried to make it somewhat more enjoyable trying to leave it out or trying to put the powder white chocolate in there and it’s just not the same. The new white chocolate is truly not meant for any drink that doesn’t involve coffee (which I can’t have) the lotus drinks are pretty much all I can have. And it’s not only me that doesn’t like this new stuff. Since it’s been switched and we came to the conclusion that it just can’t be substituted with anything else, I haven’t gone back and it makes me super sad because I used to look forward to that every day. Bring back the original white chocolate!!! I miss you guys! 😭

We are from out of town and we have coffee stands nearly every block. Needless to say, we appreciate a good coffee. Not only was the service great, but the coffee tasted amazing. We will make this our go to for coffee when we visit Great Falls!

True brew has been my coffee house for the last 5 years..... I absolutely love the coffee and most of the staff remember me well and always know what I'm having, whether it be cold or hot outside, they just know! Most delicious coffee, friendly staff, hands down just the best!!!

I usually rave about tru bru but today was not a good experience. Got a salted caramel blended and it had a strange consistency like a thickener had been added to it? Strange. We also go a Carmelo cold brew and it had a lot of chocolate syrup in it which was never in it before when I got it. This time maybe there was a lot? Anyway, mentioned it to the barista and she just said it’s always like that. I’m confused because it’s never been in my previous ones. She didn’t offer to make one with less or no syrup. The atmosphere inside was loud with one barista yelling out orders very loudly. I usually love the chaos of music and orders going out but it just was over the top and not as friendly as usual.

This particular kiosk has given me the incorrect order on three separate occasions, overcharging me twice. When I’ve made them aware of the issue, there has been no effort on the part of staff to make the mistake right beyond replacing the drink. The inconvenience and lost time that have resulted from this poor customer service will influence my decision to patronize True Brew going forward.
