Went through the Drive Thru and ordered 4 egg and cheese biscuits, at the box the informed us it would be a 6 minute wait on eggs, said that was fine but then they said it would actually be a 10 minute wait on eggs, said that was fine again, got to to the window and they handed me a bag with 4 sausage biscuits because they didn’t want to make more eggs, not only that but they didn’t give me a receipt so that I could document the error, they deliberately gave me the wrong order because they didn’t want to make more eggs.

I usually wouldn’t post something like this, however, this is around the 4th time I’ve received nuggets like this. Literally looks like 1 nugget split into 4 and breaded. If I’m paying I’d atleast like to get 4 full nuggets.

Chicken patty was rock hard, thought maybe it was overcooked, nope due to one tiny piece of leather between the breaded section. Just threw it away. Gross.

Whoever you had working tonight at 6 was an absolute menace! We couldn't get 2 words in before she was asking if that was all. We also only ASKED about the ranch chicken wrap and she charged us for it. Yes we got it but I didn't want to order it. And I know it's not THAT big of a deal but I asked for no pickle because I really don't like the taste. Whole sandwich had pickle and our receipt doesn't show we asked for no pickle, even though my husband said it 3 times.
Whoever you had working that drive thru needs to slow down and stop trying to rush through customers or rush customers through ordering ( there wasn't even a line yet). Very disappointed, been coming here since I was in HS...train that one again!

I love Wendy's we go there all the time...but tonight September 20th 2025 I was completely ruded out by the night manger.They messed up my order through drive through so I drove all the way back explained to her 3 different times and she still got it wrong even though I explained it so I got her name and she refused anymore service and she refused to give me my receipt back...talk about sketchy.....that's ok Jesus loves her anyway...will I go back...of course I'm not gonna let 1 very slow little girl keep me from there.

Oh Gage, you shouldn't have lied to me brother.. now I am on hold with corporate telling them all about your location stealing from people. They just confirmed that what my picture shows, is indeed, one strip of bacon. That was broke in half and sold to me as two.

Do not go to the 10th ave south location in the morning. The morning manager is a big jerk. If you inconvenience his day at all you get a dirty look and a rude attitude. Every time i have been there in the morning he looks like he hates his job and talks to people like they are idiots. If I want Wendy's in the future I will go to the other location where I am treated with respect and not an attitude.
