I ordered the BACONATOR sounds good, right? I got the burger, and it looked like a regular McDonald's (small) burger, no lettuce, tomato pickels, anything, just meat and some small bacon, I will not come here again except for the frosty.

Don't use delivery. Three orders, three issues. Door dash customer help gives you the run around, or offers you 15% refund only on the food. ($10 food, $10 delivery charges. $1.50 refund.) If you use app to pick up thru drive-thru chech your order before you leave, they mess up a lot.

Oh dear! I am only writing this review with the intention of making the Wendy’s experience better for others. My experience was so disappointing that I will have to give up my Wendy’s addiction! The staff at the drive up window was beyond rude and ended with the employee telling me that I could not have extra ketchup then closing their window. My food was cold and my frosty completely melted. Sadly ended up throwing it all in the trash. I have been going to this Wendy’s since they opened and have always had a great experience.

This location puts the fast in fast food. Holy cow, I was in line for all of 30 seconds before my meal was paid for and in my hands. Combined with a friendly staff, definitely coming back.

Pretty standard Wendy's, there just almost always is an issue with my food. Wrong sauce, missing components, no straw. Etc.

Best fast food ever. And those windows are so clean!
Tried the goey nuggets with hot sauce. The sauce was good but the taste of tons of greedy oil overpowered the chicken and wrecked it. The floors to the bathroom and in the bathroom were so greasy you almost slip. It's like a big cat of oils was spilt and then they used the same mop with not enough soap to "clean" everything.

I went inside the store with my two Grandsons to dine. Expectations were high because I've always had a great dinning experience at Wendys. I experienced terrible service! I waited 20 minutes for my order to finally make it to the front counter and then my order sat on the counter waiting for a single item: a single with crabby sauce. After another 10-15 minutes, I finally talked to a manager, who made excuses for the mistake - instead of apologizing for the delay. Several orders,which had hamburgers on their trays,were delivered to other customers after me so there is no excuse- meanwhile all my order sat getting cold. The best service I recieved was when the manager gave me my money back! I'm really disappointed with what happened.

This team works like fresh pistons in a suped up 454 engine, so smooth, quick, clean, and not like most places where the employees are non responsive. That's not Ivy's team they are reading your mind, listening, paying attention to body language, and is very respectful. before you say anything, this is what a Wendy's should be. This is a perfect example for the other leading stores. Thank you so much. I'll be back for sure!!
