I only went through the drive thru. I don't live here, I was just passing through, so I can't say how the atmosphere is. Very nice employees, fast service and it was tasty.

I went to Wendy's on 10th avenue South in Great falls 8th of March 2026, for dinner. The workers were very nice. The food was given to me very quickly. Got four burgers. They were all very cold. Raw? Nothing tasted fresh. There was a ridiculous amount of ketchup on the burgers. You guys need to STOP making the burger patties ahead, and start making the food fresh the way Wendy's teaches. The meat --- i swear --was almost raw. The manager needs to get in on this because if I stop in again and this happens, I'm reporting it to corporate and the health department.

I ordered a double combo meal and my son got a cheeseburger kids meal. The young lady at the register was very friendly and let my son pick the toy he wanted. That was really sweet of her! Then I asked for some fresh fries because I really love them when they're good and fresh. I could tell these had been sitting a while. They said it would be a few minutes. I enjoyed my burger which was hot and fresh minutes after being brought to the table. Then a young gentleman appeared from nowhere with piping hot delicious French fries to my delight! He even delivered some mustard to my table as well. Hats off to both employees. They both deserve a raise. I spent 19 years in restaurants and kitchens. It's not easy. It takes a lot sometimes to keep things going and go the extra mile for a customer. Way to go Wendy's!

I placed my order through DoorDash at 9:54pm (context). The one positive thing I will say is that the guy I spoke on the phone with, Jaden, so I could change something about my order was extremely polite, accommodating, and he came through. However, it appears that when the order popped up on the Wendys register, it was edited so that I received $35 instead of the $44 of food that I paid for. The large fry maybe had a full small size portion in it, and they were cold, oily, and stale. One of the sandwiches in a combo had also been downgraded to a smaller cheaper sandwich. This was the food we received, but I paid the original $44 (excluding DoorDash fees). I usually love Wendys. I know you guys can do better.

It was very surprising to see someone actually on the floor hand cleaning the individual bars on the chairs. Very clean practices. Thank you!!!
