The cinnamon sticks were a but dry, but still ok and the bread sticks were a but tough to pull apart. The pizza was perfect though!

Although the delivery was great the food was not. I recently had covid so I could not taste much but we paid $22 for 12 wings. I had already bit into mine thinking it tastes sour not hot. My husband started eating his and nearly threw up right on his plate when he realized they were bad, as in asking for food poisoning. 6 hour later we are both sick and miserable. $50 dollars in food later and I am so unimpressed.

My order was left by my front door and doorbell wasnt rang to let me know my food was there. Found it cold and called store to alleviate problem, they remade order and we picked it up instore.

The pizza was not good. I think there has been a downgrading in the quality of ingredients to save money and it shows. We both had reactions to the pizza, one allergic and one respiratory. This has never happened with pizza hut food until this year.

It was a bit undercooked the pizza was little doughy and it was topped with very little toppings. And the wings were supposed to be mild but they were very hot and they were not ate by hardly anyone kinda felt like a waste of money but the person at the window was very nice and very helpful just the overall quality of the food was not up to expectations for the 100 plus dollars I spent. I was going to get a refund but it was so late and the party needed a appetizer so we just go had to make do.

I would appreciate bigger portions. The amount of mushrooms was okay, but there was only a small amount of sausage. The portions vary at Pizza Hut quite a bit: I eat there 2-3 times per month. Usually I go with a couple friends … I rarely order online.

We have been Pizza Hut fans for years. Having just moved to Great Falls, we ordered online and the pizza arrived in less than an hour. We were pleased with the ordering process and the food too.

We had delivery to our hotel room. Not only was it great pizza, but they brought us paper plates, napkins, and cheese packets. So thoughtful and quick!! Good customer service!!

I stopped at Pizza Hut on 10th Ave South at 12:10 pm. The sign said to take a menu, decide what I wanted, then someone would come take my order. I waited 10 minutes. I could see someone in the back so I shouted "hello!" several times. No answer. So I called them. it rang five or six times. Finally someone walked over to answer it...while texting. the call went to voicemail so she walked away...still texting.

pizza was undercooked, and i found a hair in my food. the workers i saw werent wearing their masks all the way, and i didn't see one person wearing a hairnet. i heard lots of yelling and the service was horrible.
