This location has gone downhill bad! They never get the order correct and after I ordered 2 cheese curds and only gave me one large order. When questioned they said they just combined them in 1 box. Really?? Not how that's supposed to work. Ordered a Papa burger and I ended up with something so spicy it was inedible! For the money spent, just go somewhere else. You will be much happier!

Absolutely the worst place you can go to eat in Hamilton. If you go in and have 2 hrs to spare you come here.
If you go thru the drive thru you can expect to get sent around front regardless of your the only one there. All they care about is drive thru time so you wait over 30min every single time in the parking lot. You’ll get forgot about a lot of the time as well. This place sucks!

I visited at 11 o’clock in the morning. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or swept in many days, there was not one clean table in the place! Dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited!

The girl who took our order acted like we were stupid when we ordered an a4 combo and then a side cheese curd acted like we didn't know what we were talking about when we said that the cheese curd was separate then we watched 7 to 11 car go through the drive through then went up and asked about our order and they said they didn't start it yet at that point we had waited 25 minutes then when they gave us our food didn't even give us the cheese curd and then went back to the counter to ask about it and gave us a small one when we had order a family size then when we went back up there and complained they said it would take 15 more minutes and keep in mind that there were at least 10 or 12 different people in the lobby who had also been waiting 30 to 40 minutes and there were three or four different workers on their phones in the back doing nothing

Waited 30 mins for food, said they were busy only 3 other tables of 3 people max. Honestly it’s not the same as it was before Covid. Lady taking our order hated her job and wasn’t friendly. Rather have went to Naps Grill for better quality food, and less wait time. For a fast food restaurant it shouldn’t take that long. We went there for the “Fast Food” because we had to be somewhere. Flies where all over the place had to move from the booth because trash was over flown and flies where all over the place

My wife and I went in today for lunch, they were out of onion rings, fries and hot sause. You know that was no big deal! Customers should be prepaired for things like this these days. The Chicken was hot tasted fresh and the coleslaw was verg good according to my wife! ( I don't touche the stuff.). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Came for a good burger. They are out of burgers as their signs say "until further notice."We all ordered the freezes. They are awful. Hardly any ice cream in them and they taste horrible.Ordered chilicheese fries: there is a teaspoon of chili and cheese on the stone cold fries.Also ordered hotdogs for everyone. They are cold. The buns are stale as all get out.Never again will I bring my family here. What a waste of hard earned money!!! Seriously save your money and go anywhere else!!!If I could give zero stars I would!
