The fries were fantastic! If I hadn't waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get through the line and they had the chicken I wanted, it would have been better. I wanted chicken and sides but no drink. Apparently, they don't do that at this restaurant. I was told, "...you can get the meal without the drink, but it won't change the price." Ok, so im getting a drink. I was pretty excited they have diet root beer, but it would have been better with bubbles. All told I won't do it again.

My wife and I went in today for lunch, they were out of onion rings, fries and hot sause. You know that was no big deal! Customers should be prepaired for things like this these days. The Chicken was hot tasted fresh and the coleslaw was verg good according to my wife! ( I don't touche the stuff.). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Came for a good burger. They are out of burgers as their signs say "until further notice."We all ordered the freezes. They are awful. Hardly any ice cream in them and they taste horrible.Ordered chilicheese fries: there is a teaspoon of chili and cheese on the stone cold fries.Also ordered hotdogs for everyone. They are cold. The buns are stale as all get out.Never again will I bring my family here. What a waste of hard earned money!!! Seriously save your money and go anywhere else!!!If I could give zero stars I would!

I enjoy going to A&W because I really enjoy their root beer. I go now about once a week and order the Papa Burger meal. It comes out fresh and is very tasty, and the fries are always hot. The staff is friendly, courteous, and bring your order to your table. The only item I believe they could improve on is sometimes the inside could use a little more attention in keeping it clean. Everything else is very good.

Now I know why I rarely go to fast food joints. First, they had no fish avaiable today. Then I ordered Mac and Cheese and ended up with Chicken-potatoes-corn. Staff obviously pays not enough attention to what they are doing...Total cost WAY OVER what it as worth..... Will remove AW and KFC from my list of places I will ever go again.

Went to drive-thru at 6:40pm, they said they were closed. Sign said open till 7pm. They turned away multiple cars.

Will be out of business within 6 months, they close early and are closed often, when open they are out of product. They closed for the Faux pandemic and spent the bonus money from the government buying new furniture that will never be used as the dining room remains closed to the public, might as well put the place up for sale and get what they can out of it before its taken by the bank, I sat in line of 15 cars only to be told they were out of everything and that they were closing early. there were 10 cars behind me in line... I can guarantee they wont be coming back either

Second time to drive thru and it was wrong both times… 10 piece special only had 7 pieces of chicken not 10 … ordered extra crispy got original , the drink lid was not tight and spilling all over….Don’t like to be negative put disappointing when you get home 10 miles away
