Best place to special order a cake. They always seem to outdo themselves! Plus there's so many options for filling (my favorite has to be their custard filling), colors that they can decorate with, what type of cake, and types of frosting. There's a lot of variety for everyone!

Coupons never clip and the price gouging is incredibly frustrating. Said I wouldn’t come back last time I went in after I got the “buy one get one free” meats, and they both rang up. There’s an extra 15.00. Spent lots of time finding coupons and clipping them, and standing in the aisles to find the cheapest of everything - yet it was still more and the prices were all wrong after I got in the car. I got this milk solely because I will use the whole thing to bake today and it expires tomorrow. Cool, 1/2 off! Nope. In fact, even more expensive than the “actual” price! 27.00$ dog food with a coupon rang up at the normal 33. .79$ cucumber was over a dollar. Sure these aren’t big differences but they add up in this economy.

Shaun M in the deli is the best. You guys are so lucky to have such a fun guy working for you and he's been there as long as I can remember. The girl, Jesse I believe is her name.. She works self checkout often.. She is so sweet and helpful. People like this are why I come here every time. There are more, I just don't know the names but I know she has short curly hair, and her son (who is awesome too) works there and always gives the kids stickers... Good job picking great employees and GREAT JOB to those amazing employees! I hope they get something special for this ?

Albertsons when used with the online APP and combined with the SAFEWAY APP are the way to go here. I can shop online get coupons and store specials then pick a time and have my groceries shopped and a very nice front end person brings it out to you and helps you load it into your vehicle. Its already paid for online no standing in line AND I get my shopper loyalty points.
Every $ spent earns you a point that transfers to $ off groceries or fuel at certain gas stations. I got my gas for $2.48 / gallon on the way home and used my points! Up to 25 gallons. Nice. Safeway is owned by the same company but doesn’t offer the drive up in Hamilton they will bump you to Albertsons. But the points earned at Safeway if you shop there & type your phone # in can be used at Albertsons or Safeway or for GAS discounts. I never fail to save at least 1/4 to 1/3 of my grocery bill and gas budget. It’s like finding free money.
The stores in Hamilton: Albertsons has a pharmacy. All the departments and a Starbucks inside. There is usually a coupon on the app for a &2 Starbucks if you love a coffee while you shop!!
The deli section is legit and the fried chicken is exceptional. Don’t waste your $ at the KFC. ALWAYS a coupon for the chicken in the apps. Good sides available and a lot of tasty ready to bake meals if you’re in a hurry. Organic produce looks good. Regular produce looks good. CLEAN!!! STOCKED! ROTATED and no expired food ever and you know I look. ;) The meats are fresh and look great. Always able to find a burger or chicken special if the date is within 3 days of packaging. They discount it before they really need to actually. 33% off 97% lean angus with 3 days to cook or freeze it. Took $6 off an $18 family pack of burger. $12 total cost. Yes please. I took 3 and filled my freezer. Buffalo. Grass Fed Beef. Lamb. All available.
Dairy. Always a butter or coffee creamer special or cheese special going that saves me a bunch. Cheese and butter freeze well so I always stock up to the 4 allowed. Ice cream specials are on the app too. $2 off coupons for Ben $ Jerry’s and Tilamook all the time on there. Limit 2 to 4.
Baby aisle and a rudimentary Health and Beauty area. Beer & wine in coolers along the back wall. Great selection. Clean bathrooms!!
Front end checking out they have 9 self checkout stations and always 2 to 4 lanes with HUMANS that are Nice. Friendly. Personable. Patient. Professional. Lovely lady supervisor runs a tight ship that I’ve seen and she even helped me walk my 2 carts of groceries to the car since the front end staff were all busy. Love the small town feel but suburban feel convenience and selection.
Good parking. Well lit lot. Monitored. Handicap parking is sensible and plentiful. Five Stars.
PS. I’m a professional Secret Shopper and Auditor for places like this. 15 years now. All across the country I’ve worked for Corporations wanting to see what’s happening at the store level. So when I say this last visit was 5 stars I know what I’m talking about.

Just like our old store in St. Petersburg Florida that closed down 5 years ago. Well stocked. Easy to read signs for each end of the aisles. Found items not available in other stores. Definitely coming back. And I'm back 6 months later and still a nice store. My only complaint is how prices are posted. They list prices for various coupons that mislead the buyer if one is shopping fast. Ugh.

The manager at Starbucks was very rude. She yelled at me across the store when I was trying to fit a straw top on another straw to see if it would fit my SB cups at home. She has no place in management with the customer service skills she provided. I unfortunately will never come back to that location..
