We LOVE back door deli. It’s been a favorite for years and years.
Such amazing sandwiches! I don’t know why anyone would complain about their prices bc $6.50 or 6.75 for a GINORMOUS sandwich is totally worth it to me! We ordered the steak and cheese, big sub, and a gyro. All 3 of us loved what we ordered. We will never get a sandwich from anywhere else now! I do wish soups were available for order on UberEats. Honestly all their soups are awesome.
It's a cute deli in downtown Hamilton.
Their desserts are awesome and delicious. I liked their desserts more then the sandwichs. I don't enjoy baking at home so knowing where to get a good sweet treat at a decent price is good.
Absolutely awful. Cold meatball sandwich with almost no sauce and cold unmelted provolone cheese. Yuck.
Maybe it was bring your toddler to work day, and the toddlers were left unsupervised to make horrible $13 sandwiches. Shameful.

The food here, in my experience is very good. They make everything fresh, from scratch. This visit i didn't eat- but went in to get a cake. I've had cakes from here before and they're pretty good. The cake-sponge recipes make a heavy cake- like a pudding cake. The cakes (in my experience) are 3 layers; each layer 1 to 1.5 inchs tall (i measured)... and [guessing] 10+ inch rounds, so pretty big, and unexpectedly heavy. Their buttercream frosting is great. The people who work here are really great! This particular cake has some cons. It tasted okay but a couple of the layers were way over-baked, as evidenced by the almost burned top, bottom and edges. For just about $70.00 we expect more. Yes, you read that right! About?70

A bit spendy but worth it for the small town hand made and personal touch. There's always yummy treats in the display and everything is made when ordered so very fresh.

My boyfriend and I went since we saw that they sold gyros. First off I'd like to say that the staff were really nice, but everything there was super expensive. For instance, for a slice of cake it's $6.50-$7.50, and stay away if you want gyros. They're gyros are super expensive compared to Greek Gyro Express on 310 North First Street, and they also give you a lot less then Greek Gyros. So can't say I'll be returning to this location anytime soon.
We had a birthday party and the Back Door Deli catered the food, everyone loved it!! Thank you so much!
Absolutely love this place, their sandwiches are amazing.
I went in for a sandwich (which was awesome) and couldn’t resist the cheesecake which was so delicious!!
What can I say.. CHEESECAKE!Lemon cheesecake.. my favorite (when I can get it). The Lemon bars are a close second, but the cheesecakes here, MMMmm good. The girls make me laugh, never a dull moment. Great local place to eat.
