Got an invite to go for dinner at Bitterroot Brewing last night . I have been to a lot of Breweries but this was the best ! The honey huckleberry beer was so good and I had the baked cod dinner was cooked to perfection and our waitress Olivia made the experience her perfect she was the star of the evening 5 stars

Terrible service, food was overpriced for the quality. Should have went to subway for a better meal. Waitress never refilled our drinks, no follow up after bringing the food. Waited 20 minutes for check while having our cards out waiting. We knew another group there who was also from out of town and their experience was negative as well.
The bald guy that works upstairs should be in jail should never be ina service business threw a party of 12 out for moving tables after the waitress said we could

I have always loved Bitterroot Brewery’s food, beer, and typically friendly service. I’m sad to say that last night I had the horrible experience of witnessing their server Aaron physically threatening to throw my stepdad down their stairs. Aaron’s aggression was apparent from our first interaction with him and escalated to the point that in hindsight I wish we had called the police. Our group included two elderly men, my stepdad and a family friend who is 90 years old. These men are local guys who have spent many years volunteering and helping our community in many ways. They were treated like discarded trash. I understand that it is the end of tourist season and the tension in the service industry is high right now, but this treatment is inexcusable.

We have always loved to go to bb not only for the delicious food and good beer but also for their good atmosphere and service. Last night was a different experience all together when a server named Aaron physically threatened to kick my brother in law down the stairs if he didn’t leave. He also threatened multiple times to call authorities. Aaron was angry that we were moving tables around to accommodate our large party. We had asked another server if it was okay to move the tables and they gave us the green light to move them. My brother in law did not deserve to be treated this way, he is an older man who retired from the Hamilton fire department and was a school bus driver for many years. Come on bitterrooters, let’s stick together. #bekind
