Waited 20 minutes for food when we were the only people in the store. After waiting so long we had to request a refund and all the little girl could say was sorry we are short staffed. Well I understand that but how does it take 20 minutes for one thing. Needless to say we won't be back. Horrible service!

We just tried going there to eat and I dont know who the hell was running the store but I will never send a friend or family to the hamilton store or even the missoula stores. I have never seen an employee or even an owner treat someone the way they just spoke with us. I had a big group of people with me so rather then giving them my money I went to kfc next door. Much better service.

I can assure you this restaurant isnt worth getting out of your car for, me and my family walked in and they were absolutely rude, the owners were rude we told them we were going to go else were he said please do. Absolutely nonsence. I use to work at this store and its gone way down hill the owners are absolutely absurd & nasty people. Better attitude & treating people with a little more respect might get you further. Its very sorry how there pore service is. No wonder they have no customers in there. Good lord.

First I want to say food was of BK quality. Could tell it was made fresh and its probably the only one I've been to where a staff came out and checked with everyone on their meals so service was decent (they seemed a little lost in the back though). That being said, there was a couple in eating that obviously likes looking for rocks in their free time and I dont mean the pretty ones in nature. Not a problem, the problem was they had their dingy little dog in at the table with them. Now I might just be old school but I was raised only service animals are allowed in places where food is served. Also not a huge problem but we're heading south in a hurry, the problems really started when the manager(?) came out and started petting all over the dog telling them they could come in with it anytime because he's so sweet. Then went back to the kitchen got bacon and brought it out and fed the dog. (Now I'm a massive dog person and in my own house the dogs pretty much rule the castle) But when the manager went right back into the kitchen to work without washing their hands, and the table was just dry ragged off not wiped down with disinfectant or anything thats where my big problem laid. Other than that not a terrible experience.

Waited for 15 minutes in drive thru and kept getting told they would be with me shortly to take my order. I ended up leaving without food with no one even taking my order.
The crew is working in completely unsafe work conditions, the entire store is filled with my smoke, why are they open

Takes forever in a day to get food here, wait times are ridiculous food is always never really hot luke warm maybe. Mozzarella fries are always over cooked cheese is melted out of them, chicken fries were rubbery not fresh at all, whopper has so much sauce on it i couldn't eat it. Place is a nightmare

Wonderful customer service! I didn't like the sauce that comes on the new breakfast burrito and they replaced it with a smile on their faces! Also generously gave us all the sauces we needed in the bag without having to ask! Great work BK Hamilton.
