Have you ever had a day where everything went wrong? Well this Burger King will make you realize your day wasn't so bad after all once you step foot in this place. The food was cold, the order was wrong, asked for unsalted fries and had to wait for several baskets to be emptied because the employees would keep salting them and the list goes on and on. Just pitiful.

When all other fast food in town has only disappointed me i can ALWAYS count on Burger King! The staff was wonderful and the food was beyond exceptional! From the burger to the fries right down to their delicious nuggets you can't go wrong!

Went in for dinner about 6pm on 12/9 and the employees working were BY FAR the best employees I've seen working in there in years. Super friendly, service was super fast and the order was ✨️accurate✨️. I almost cried real tears. I stopped eating here because everything was dirty from the employees to the establishment and the food was always cold and stale. Good employees are worth their weight in gold. I'm hopeful this is a new trend 🤞

Used drive through. Had to pull ahead sat and waited 20 minutes for order. The burgers were OK. The fries were cold. The cheese balls were cold and stale and seemed like they must have been from the day before. The fried pickles looked nothing like the picture on the display board and were just a bunch of fried Pickle strips, with pieces af breading not attached all in a greasy blob. I was picking up food for my family for dinner and was ashamed to give it to them. If I ever go back, I'll stick to the burgers as Burger King at least got that part right. The gal at the payment window was very pleasant.

I ordered a whopper with no pickles and what did I bite into the freaking pickle. The wrapper even said no pickles
Waited in line for 30+ minutes. No one was in front of us. They were out of everything. Then proceeded to get the order wrong. Not worth going back to wait for them to fix it.

Ordered ahead of time through the app, Still ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food when I arrived. When I finally received my order it was incorrect. I've gone here a number of times, Nearly every time it has been the same exact situation. Long wait times, Incorrect Orders, Mediocre food.

After ordering inside we proceeded to wait 20 plus minutes for our order. We were finally told we are just waiting 1 more min for fries. Then we were handed our order without fries. Once home we realized the order was not only incorrect but most of the food was obviously old including the fries we waited on. Absolutely terrible.

They handed me someone else's order completely with my correct receipt inside. I didn't notice until I drove all the way home. Done with this place as this happens way too often.
Waited at the register today for 10 minutes only to be told their register wasn’t working and I couldn’t order anything. Three different people came up to the register and didn’t say anything or even make eye contact. It takes 10 seconds to tell me the registers are down and instead, they let me stand there for 10 minutes, no sign, no communication, nothing. I have given this location way more chances than I should have because they have decent vegetarian options, but I will no longer be a customer. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. They seemed overwhelmed by two cars in the drive thru and one person inside all while they have 4 plus people working. The owners really need to take a good, hard look at their managers and staff.

Severely understaffed. Manager was clearly burned out. My order was wrong and when i asked to get it corrected she basically called me a liar then told me she had worked 13 days in a row. Avoid this BK.

It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the drive through window, and even then if you order they won’t get it right (even if you order regular menu items and don’t change a thing), and you’ll still wait another 20 minutes to get your food.
I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so many times and I’m a pretty patient person, but it is NOT WORTH IT. I’m done giving my patience and money to this place.

Been there twice and they couldn't get either of mine or my wife's order right and all we did was ask and pay for extra cheese and no cheese and my whopper only had mustard on it. One of the worst BK's I've been too.
