Went half a year ago while there on vacation, and it was fantastic - great food, great people, and a fun vibe

We got there at 2:20 and they wouldn't seat us. Said they closed at 2:30. Disappointing as the food there was good before.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but this has to be the worst excuse of a Chinese place I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered take out last night and got the Mongolian beef and the chicken with bell pepper. The order was 36$, which is absolutely crazy for mediocre Chinese food… I’ve been to Chinese places that charge half that and are 10 times better.

Anyways, I will tell you the whole meal tasted exactly 100% like a tv dinner. The sauce for the beef was cheap and didn’t even taste like Mongolian beef. The beef was rubbery as all heck and I’m pretty positive it’s 100% a tv dinner meal that they just sell there because it’s definitely not real beef and tastes just like the tv dinners. Added on top of the fact for 16$ there was 5 pieces of beef and all veggies. EVEN THE WHITE RICE WAS STALE😭

Now on to the chicken… the chicken was the driest worst tasting chicken I’ve ever had in my life. The sauce also was watery and tasted again like a tv dinner meal. I have never in my life had a worse Chinese meal before. I’m white and I can make better Chinese food than this. If I was you, I’d save your money and avoid eating here at all costs. It’s a huge waste of money and it’s terrible.

We have had many good meals here, but yesterday was different. On 06/18/25 we had the cashew chicken special w/ fried rice. Within an hour my wife and I were both very sick. After 4 hours of vomiting I went to the ER and spent another 3 hours recovering and getting an IV w/ fluid due to dehydration. This was a difficult experience. Obviously they have some cleanliness issues. Eat at your own risk, but we will not be back.

Both times I’ve had this place, everyone tells me how good it is, but each time was gross. I got the orange chicken, fried rice, and the lo mein noodles…lo mein was very slimy, chicken was very chewy, rice was fine (some hard bits), but I would not recommend going here. You’re better off going to Buddha Belly.

The owner are so lovely, the waitress was the bomb, my ginger chicken was tough and way to chewy, my boyfriends beef was tender and good. The fried rice seemed dry, older, and not so fresh. You can get drinks, etc and a casino is right next door.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Changs, the food was very good and the servings are generous . What elevated our experience was the waitress, she made us feel welcomed and she is a genuinely sweet woman. The restaurant is lucky to have her as an employee.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Its AWFUL. I’ve never left a bad restaurant review in my life!
But I was so upset tonight after we got our food! This place is SO OVERPRICED, for burnt tasting, and bland food. I genuinely was just so sad. We don’t get to have many dinner outings as a family and this was a waste. It also made my children and myself sick and we were here for baseball tournaments. So it wasn’t great.
I told the waitress that what I ordered, isn’t what she brought me.
She argued with me about the food being incorrect and she was pretty obnoxious and condescending all round. It was frustrating. Didn’t comp it either, even though I didn’t eat it.
They are also charging 15 dollars for The BBQ pork noodle soup, and it’s just Instant ramen in water with broccoli and carrots! INSTANT RAMEN, like the kind you get for .10 cents ! Only without the seasoning. Just a few vegetables in water. I’ve been getting BBQ pork noodle soup for over 40 years, from multiple places and I’ve NEVER been given instant ramen. The fried rice IS BURNT TASTING, just like the other reviewers mentioned. I feel like with so many bad reviews, (unfortunately I didn’t see them until after) These concerns should be addressed if you want to stay open…. If multiple people are telling you that your rice tastes burnt or the order isn’t correct …. Maybe listen ? Save your money folks. Or be near a toilet after…

Edit: my husband is also sick now ?

NOPE. Won't go back to this one. A large Won Ton soup to go... was terrible. $11.50. There were three tiny soggy wontons and a bunch of green (bok choy?) It was basically bok choy soup in a large styrofoam cup. Just no.

The food is good. Unfortunately, if you pay for an item and they give you the wrong thing "no we didn't" and "no we didn't do that" is the response. With the prices as spendy as they are, just be respectful when a customer tells you something was wrong. Nobody is perfect, stop acting like you can't mess up an order here and there.
