Ordered BBQ, got plain strips on both orders.

Every time I go there the service is always very poor..There's a whole bunch of scared looking workers,and after an hour wait I end up with cold gross food

I’m typically not one to complain, places & people are busy and stuff happens I absolutely understand that but After waiting in line for 20+ mins on a Friday evening after my 5 year old grandsons T ball game, I woke him up when we got to the drive through speaker to be told word for word “oh and by the way we are done serving ice cream for the night,” point blank. There was no other options given, there was no “I apologize but our machine is down” nothing other then “we are done serving ice cream for the night”. Incredibly rude sounding. We got our own ice cream and watched hundreds of others drive through to be told the same thing from the park next door. No signs, no warnings just sit here for 30 mins then we will tell you Dairy Queen isn’t servicing ice cream.

Yall already know I appreciate every single one of you. Especially because I used to work there....but today I found a hair in my salad! It grossed me out so much! I lost my appreciate! 😭😭

This place sucks every single time I give it another chance I’m let down worse than I was the previous time.

So sad. Took family for burgers and ice cream cake. Granddaughter was very excited. That was until at 7 in the evening the lobby is closed.

I have gone to the Hamilton DQ multiple times and their blizzards are the worst of any DQ. Here are some examples of why they are the worst: it’s the wrong blizzard flavor, its runny and would not pass the upside down test (if they did the upside down test), the top half is mixed and the bottom is just vanilla, just to name a few.

Person at the window was insufferable, me and my family decided to just leave, didn't wait for the rest of our service. Came here two weeks ago with just about the same experience. Very unprofessional environment, nowhere else in town treats you like that.

Here fighting fire. My wife and I went inside dining for ice cream. Evenings without supervision the employees were playing very inappropriate lyrics rap music incredibly loud and singing in the back ignoring us in the lobby. After 10 minutes of standing there was finally asked what we’d like. While trying to order the counter person kept repeatedly saying huh because the music was so loud. We said the music was awfully loud they basically laughed at us and said yea and didn’t turn it down. When we received our order 20 minutes later what we ordered was incorrect when we brought our order back and said it was incorrect a female worker in the back argued with us with an incredibly bad attitude saying it was what she made which was clearly incorrect after proving it was wrong they finally gave us our correct order over 30 minutes later. We definitely will not be coming back here.

They didn't answer their phone when I called to ask a question, and every time I order something here, my order is wrong.

Update: I went in again on 9/1/24 and waited 15 minutes just for my blizzards just for my blizzard to be mostly toppings and 10% ice cream and then had to wait another 25 minutes for my food for my one of my burgers to be wrong, and when I went in to get it fixed 2 employees were talking badly about me by the drive thru just because I came to get my food fixed. The workers who fixed my food were amazing, and the cashier was extremely helpful, but my aunt and I will never be returning again.
