On line coupon said specialty pizzas $9.99 . I picked 2 pizzas and one was 9.99 and the other was 11.99. Disappointed. Great pizzas though

If you want your pizza order to be half an hour late, completely wrong, and half bread instead of toppings this is the place for you. Not on a single occurrence by the way....consistently. Dominos of Hamilton Montana I present to you the worst, most incompetent company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Your giving cellular wireless and phone/internet companies some competition.

I am so disappointed in Domino's, regretably there are not many choices in this town that deliver. A few years ago, my husband was reconnecting with is family and we spent quite a lot of money for dinner that night only to be disappointed, found cardboard baked into my pizza, food was burnt and not very tasty at all, needless to say family reunion went off well food was a bust. Now I let this go for a while after complaining to corporate office and getting told that I needed to handle it myself, that should have been a red flag. After sometime we decided to give it a try again, it was better, so we have been almost a weekly order. Recently my 30 yr old nephew was murdered in Albuquerque New Mexico, so we decided that we would have a family gathering and feed everyone pizza, wings, and Parmasean bread bites. Going to the website I ordered two large philly steak and cheese pizzas, 32 pc. BBQ wings, bread bites, cinnamon bites, and dipping sauce 109.00 dollars. When I ordered the pizza's if gave me the option for the stuffed crust so I order two, what I got was a tossed together mess on this crust, burt, again if I may add, and disgusting, the wings looked like they just took a bottle of BBQ and lightly drizzled it over some wings that tasted like they were cooked yesterday. I called the local store and stressed my complaints and all I got was a sorry, and was told that the large pizzas that I ordered did not come with the stuffed crust. No well I am so sorry what can we do to make this right, no sorry for your loss. I work in customer service and I truly have to say the people at the store here have absolutely none at all, I informed the young lady that I spoke with that I will no longer be ordering from your establishment and still nothing. I will not order again and I will not recommend.

There was a young lady who I later found out was the manager, working the phones, the computer and making pizza pretty much by herself!!!
I also found out today was her 2nd day/time on this shift
She pretty much needs a raise or Some kind of award for running the show be herself until those who where running late showed up
I was in the store for 35 minutes and the others y didn't show up until a few minutes before I left
