False information on the 19.99 coupon it says 1999 for two million pieces parmesan bites and Cinema twist well here's the deal every time I go to cash out it says it's 22.99 regardless if I'm ordering delivery or pick up at the store if you're going to have coupons on the Internet or on your website make sure that everything comes out accurate to the 1999 order a lot of pizza from there I get tricked all the time with your coupons kind of feels like y'all was working undercover with Pizza Hut just saying

Stopped at the Hamilton MT. store this evening with the kids for dinner, ordered a large ultimate pepperoni, when when the pizzas was done the pepperoni was folded over on itself, I immediately asked to speak to the manager, was told to just unfold the pizza, and the second pizza was not even close to what I ordered, only half the ingredients was on it, so the kids ended up eating a pizza that looked like it was kicked around on the floor, the veggie pizza was so unappetizing that I ate only one slice. That’s the last 50+ dollars I spend there
I called them and wanted 7 pizzas in an hour and a half. They told me they couldn't do it. I called Pizza Hut down the road with the same order and had no problems getting the pizzas. The irony is, their sign says "We out pizza the Hut". No you don't, you certainly don't.

Trying to order 2x 8 piece Bone in Buffalo wings from their $6.99 for two items national coupon. When I get the checkout, they are charging me $17.98. This is before delivery fees. I'm not a brilliant man, but 7+7=14, not 18. I called and asked about it and was told even though it is advertised as $6.99 each, they charge $2 more per order for the bone in wings. Refused the change price or honor advertised pricing. To top it all off, I'm talking to some one in some unknown state, not to the Hamilton My store. Just terrible. With everything else that I have gotten wrong from them, I'm just done ordering from them. Would rather eat a dry cheese sandwich than spend anymoreoney atu LOCAL store.

After placing my order over the phone, being told I would expect a delivery driver within 30-45 minutes, and them taking my money over the phone, they called me 35 minutes later to say “So it looks like your address is outside of our delivery range.” I am literally in the same town as the restaurant and live about 10 minutes away and am unable to drive there… this service (or lack thereof) and coordination (again… or lack thereof) is absolutely ridiculous.

I placed a delivery order and they said it was delivered and I did not receive my order. I don't know who did, but it wasn't me. Hopefully I get a refund when I have to go into the store tomorrow.

If you like toppings picked from the pit and unsafe food environments, it’s the place for you. No cleaning is done all day even during slow times. Disgusting food practices take place here like making pizzas with the toppings that fell into the pit from previously made pizzas earlier in the day. Cross contamination of food on the line because it’s just dirty hands going in and out instead of separate scoops. Don’t eat here, it’s one of the worst I’ve seen.

Got a pizza with no sauce, they gave us tater tots instead of stuffed bread & left our order on the doorstep without even knocking or ringing the doorbell. Manager “Robe” was extremely rude & hung up the call.
