We tried it twice thinking first time was just a bad day. Had Waygu beef filet tough and lots of grizzle. Halibut had at least 20 bones in it. Disappointing. Vegetable was cold and stringy. 2nd time went ravioli came out cold just like right of the refrigerator. For an upscale restaurant I expected better quality.
Service -just ok. I was really hoping for a top notch restaurant. Sapphire and Ponderosa will get our business. Too bad.
After following their Facebook page for quite some time we planned a trip to Montana just to dine at Ember.
The service was quick and the food incredible. Ember is definitely putting Montana on the map.
