If you’re looking for high-quality food, service, and ambiance in the bitterroot valley, look no further. I had an incredible experience here and I cannot wait to go back. I ordered an array of dishes and none of them disappointed. From the appetizers to entrees, to the deserts, everything was truly delicious and 5 stars. Was here for a birthday dinner with a dozen friends and the waiter was overwhelmed and the chefs struggled. Birthday girl didn’t even get her food and it seemed like error after error on a busy night. We eat here often but really hesitant on even going there again. As a local and a restaurant owner I understand things happen and in all fairness their food is good when they’re on their game.
I recently dined at Ember and I can't praise it enough! The experience was nothing short of exceptional.
