The room temperature was cold and the whole front of the restaurant got blasted with winter each opening of the door. My friends were served their meals but mine did not arrive until well past when they were done. The issue was not addressed until we pointed it out at which point we just had it boxed to go. Apology was brief and cold but my friends did receive a complimentary desert which they also finished before my meal arrived! Overall a very disappointing evening. I won’t return and will make sure anyone I know here’s about this poor experience.

The food at Grano is always spectacular! We did a take out order and it took a bit longer than anticipated but it is always worth the wait. I wish there was a place to stand so while waiting for your food, you don’t feel in the way of incoming diners. But overall, really consistent, good food.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I’ve been waiting a year to eat here. I was looking forward to it. I ordered $122 worth of food came in three small boxes. There was hair in my tiramisu. The portion sizes were not that great for that much money they delivered it to our hotel no silverware no napkins. The salad is in a huge box with one tiny small cup of dressing. I usually would not complain, but I do not believe this is great service From a restaurant that is so expensive and supposed to be so upscale maybe it’s the fact that we ordered our food to go I’m not sure, but I was disappointed, especially with the hair and our tiramisu. I do not believe that it is worth the price.

Went with family to Grano's for dinner while visiting in Hamilton, MT. We ordered the pasta Bolognese, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, meat Lasagne and pasta with shrimp. We shared tastes and all were worthy of another visit for a full order. I know I will return on my next visit!

$35 for corkage, this is terrible and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
The food is good and it's a quaint and intimate establishment. Portions are reasonable and it's a solid all around contender for Italian food. Service was also solid and attentive. Staff was excellent. Friendly and knew the menu.
Touted as reasonably priced and accessible Italian food is juxtaposed to the fee for washing two low quality stemless wineglasses. And these are stemless glasses - gross - glasses have stems for a reason. $35 for opening a bottle of wine that was not even being decanted - that is abysmal.
Came in with 5 people with out a reservation and they were able to get us seated pretty quick! Great food all around! The pork shank was awesome as well as the 40 layer lasagna! Service was great!

What an amazing addition of a restaurant to Hamilton!! Timeless Italian food in a rural setting. 10/5 stars!
I loved this place. All of the food is delicious. I got the Osso Bucco. Literally everything our party got tasted great and I would order again. The wine selection is great too. Only small complaint I have is that it's a very fast meal/service.
