I have never eaten at a restaurant with such poor customer service!
I had to flag down our waitress on more than one occasion after waiting a ridiculous amount of time.
I had to ask her to take our order after waiting 25 minutes for her to do it on her own
(I inconvenienced her with that)
Another was to refill our drinks...again after aong wait
Again it was an inconvenience to her
