Purchased a gift card on 9/1/2024 via website and it is now 11/3/2024 and the gift card has not been received. The funds were deducted from my account instantly and I still do not have the gift card in my possession. I tried to call and no return call from my voice mail, called again and voice mail is full no longer taking messages, sent a message via Facebook and it is an automatic response, sent a letter via US Mail and still no response. I believe this is very bad customer service. If you are unable to provide the merchandise that is available on your website, then the gift card should be removed. Please let me know how this issue will be resolved.

Came here because the better places are closed on Wednesday. Don't usually leave reviews but this one needs to be placed. Beer......OK. menu says kettle chips. Anyone that knows what kettle chips are knows what kettle chips are, delicious. They served me a basket of lays wavy chips as kettle chips. I asked the bartender, what are these? They are kettle chips. No, they aren't, kettle chips are fresh and fried to order. His response, we don't have a fryer. Also ordered cheese filled breadsticks, came out semi warm with the cheese inside cold. ??? Not to mention your 12 soundboard panels on the wall inside a 5000 sq ft building filled with 150 people, its to load. Have to yell my order at bartender 5 inches from my face so he can hear me. Stop being cheap and make the place better owner.

We enjoyed our pizza at Higherground Brewing. The Man Pie came loaded with meat and was cooked perfectly. Also, the price was right, making it a great value. Service was awesome, too. Well worth a visit!

Brooke and Sarah took great care of us last night. We were a group of 11. We got turned down at another sports bar in town because of the size of our party. Higherground brewing was slammed but accommodated us and took amazing care of us. I really recommend trying this place on your next visit to Hamilton.
Sarah and Brooke are the best servers I have ever had. Sarah is so animated and attentive. Brooke is detail oriented. They both made our night.

Favorite pizza in Montana! I love the Thai and 365. Perfect combination of flavors that major chains can’t touch. Plus the dough is delish. The rotating seasonal beers are the perfect thing to go with their pizza. Went in with a large group including 5 kids-they got their pizza first and we didn't have to wait too long. A must stop when traveling though the Bitterroot Valley.

Waited 35 minutes for a pizza and the meat came out black like charcoal do not go here this place sucks our server only came by twice in an hour for drinks we asked for a glass of water three times until we got one
