There's usually about 2 to 3 working so it may take a little while to get your food but it's good KFC

Placed an order for a big papa double burger , and a bacon bbq crunch burger and chili fries , seems simple enough . Instead of getting what i ordered , we reiceved a bbx crunch burger , no bacon . burnt chili on the chili fries , and a mystery spicy burger .

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with a piece of chicken that was dehydrated and about 2 days old. I tried calling they don't answer. Horrible.

Went in for lunch after I got off work, waited up front for like 10 minutes on my food but I didnt mind I rather have hot then cold food. When I received my food I had no sauces so I went inside I stood at the counter for quite some time the gentleman in back looked at me twice and smiled but didnt offer and assistance or even ask me if I needed anything. I watched them making & prepare food no gloves were being used when preparing food just bare hands. There were only 2 people running the store 1 dropping food one preparing food and running drive and counter by herself. They most definitely need more help in there. Food was good no complaints there...

Came in for dinner at 1850 hours... should've went elsewhere. Ordered a 3 piece meal, which was served up quickly. Sat down, looked at my chicken and was shocked. Looked like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. Greased appeared to have saturated the whole thing, as this was the extra crispy...nope! It didn't even look good as you can see.
Walked up to counter and asked for new chicken and was told it just came out of fryer. What??? Ok, maybe bad grease. Nope. Grabbed the mashed potatoes and biscuit and walked out. Piss poor service and food. Also the place had boxes sitting everywhere on the counters, very disorganized, tables a little dirty.... won't return.

Everytime we show up at the time they are supposed to be open their doors are always locked. We have to knock on the windows. Today they were supposed to open at 10:30 it’s 10:36 and the workers are outside smoking instead telling us they aren’t open yet when they are supposed to be. Super unprofessional and they don’t seem to care about doing their jobs at all: only exception is the pink haired lady and the brown haired lady they are great.

The old crew had a bit of a attitude and it sometimes took a minute to get my order. Now I still have to wait but my chicken has been raw the last two times I've been there. I would rather deal with a manager and crew that has a poor attitude, the one that has a great attitude but doesn't care enough to actually cook the chicken. Strongly recommend super One fried Chicken.
Dietary restrictions: I've always had aversion to eating undercooked poultry.
Dr pepper no ice....Gross, no straw no napkins. Do better people.

They will have you park and wait when your in the drive-thru. Just to give you old/cold frys or chicken. They will forget your sauce every time as well. Have been 5 times and they have never remembered to give put the sauce in the bag.

I pre ordered online 2 hours ahead and still had to wait AN HOUR for my food to get to me after they helped everybody else who arrived after me. No apology for the wait. This is not the only time I have had issues with this location. I don't think I have ever gotten my food exactly how I ordered it. There is always something wrong.

Ordered a bucket that was supposed to have 3 chicken breasts- there were none. The biscuits were raw and complete dough inside. Was supposed to get one bowl of mac and cheese and one mashed potatoes- got two mashed potatoes. All of the food was disgusting.
