I stopped by last Monday for dinner. Went through the drive thru to order. After checking to make sure we had everything, there was an item that was wrong. I went in and was amazed at how clean the kitchen was. The gentleman at the register was from Great Falls and stated he was down to build a new crew. He was friendly and spoke to me like I was his first customer. He made the order right without charging me even though I insisted on paying for it. He had a smile on...
A new employee rang in an incorrect item for my order. When I received it and politely pointed it out, her Manager showed her the button-error, but then encouraged me to just eat what I was given rather than serving me what I actually wanted. Apparently, it would be difficult to document what happened, and she didn't want to bother. Disappointed in the leader, not the new employee.
I've had an order be completely ignored because they shut the fryers off early before. This KFC is performing as effectively as it can be with NO Help. Yet, the drive through is busy throughout the day. They do a really good job. They need some Help to make things more efficient.
