My husband and I brought the kiddos and grandma and grandpa to have a little family dinner. Service was excellent, pizza was great, my martini was delicious, and the establishment was clean and pleasant to be in. Conveniently located next door to an ice cream parlor/candy shop as well!

Got there and greeted by a gal who sure was chatty and semi nice to start with but then turned into someone that I would get rid of immediately. We waited for close to 20minutes for her to come back so we could simply order. She comes back and asks if we had ordered and that she had forgotten about us. Put in an order she goes on about some new guy in the kitchen but food wouldn’t take long. Food took so long it got to the point I had to get up and ask what was taking so long for a plate of nachos two salads and a blt. Finally food gets brought to us and she complains about how she could have made the food faster herself than the guy in the kitchen right now. Absolutely didn’t have her cook’s back at all. I told her not to speak ill of her cook to her customers it’s rude and unprofessional. And my son only ate a few bites of his nachos because they didn’t taste good to him.

We are a basketball team that came to this restaurant in hopes of a nice meal after a long day of playing. We were welcomed by a very rude woman along with a tremendous wait when the restaurant was not even busy. We also had hair in our food and the food was very cold. This place needs to improve their employees first of all because wow is all I can say about this woman and her audited. Would not recommend.

Ordered boneless Buffalo wings. I like hot but these were spiced to the point of being inedible. It was a total loss when you get inside to find ground, flavorless chicken. Too hot for the dogs so they hit the trash can. Cheaper at McDonald's.

Iam an employee of Kodiak Jax’s! I want to correct the review that someone put “ we were told to go away” cuz it was to busy ? There is no one at my job that would have told a customer to go away … how would you like for me to write a review on your job site and lie ? The food industry is brutal ! We do the best we can to please you all! I love my job and the owners are very kind! It’s sad to read all the complaints.. as if you were in our shoes you would see things differently. We do the best we can! No one is perfect, mistakes happen. First off we don’t give silverware and napkins to all deliveries.if asked at the time of making your order we could have helped there. We also have two phone lines and two waitresses, when we have a full restaurant it’s hard to be on the phone constantly, as then we would be ignoring our customers that are seated. We always try our best to please everyone. Since iv started working here iv noticed how awful people can be. It’s truly sad.. shameful. We are not slaves, or any less then yourselves. We deserve to be treated respectfully as we treat you respectfully. Patience is something we all could use. Gratitude also. Be kind ! Enjoy life. And the little things “ food” being one of those things. People have good days and bad days. Plus you never know what someone could be going through. Think of others other then just yourselves. The comments iv read are just selfish and horrible. Be grateful! Be nice! The other thing is iv seen is the ones who complain keep coming back as well … so it must not be to bad ?

I am giving no stars. We had eaten there and placed delivery orders several times and enjoyed it. The last time we ordered a delivery pizza we received the wrong order. When I called they said I had received someone else's order. They would deliver the correct one but it would be about 2 hrs. That would take us a few hours past dinner time with hungry people waiting. I told them we couldn't wait that long so the woman told me to bring the pizza back for a refund. I told her they should pick it up and refund the $35 cash. My husband called the manager to ask why it would take so long for the replacement. He didn't get the chance to ask. The manager started out with "if we didn't like their food go elsewhere and hung up". We took the pizza back to the restaurant and asked for our refund. The manager yelled loudly and told us to get out and not return. We did get the refund. We will be happy to never return nor order from them again. I sincerely hope the unpleasant manager treats his employees better than his customers.

The absolute worst experience ever! I have lived in Montana for over 20 years. I go to the Kodiak Jax in Stevensville and love it. I give the Stevensville location 10 stars. Great food, great service. I digress. We got to Kodiak Jax 11 at 5:30pm. tonight, Friday, Sept 30th, 2024! We left at 6:45 without eating! My wife ordered a Blt with Waffle fries, and I ordered a Gyro. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, no food while people who came in the way after us were served! The waitress came around once in a while and kept on telling us your food is almost ready. We had to be at a Football game at 7PM! Needless to say, we didn't eat! I will be calling to speak to the manager. This was literally the worse service in my 68 years. I have traveled to 3rd world countries, with way better service and results. I wish I could give this place a zero, which is what it deserves! My wife and I are in Hamilton a lot. After the game, whoch we left at 1/2 due to a blowout, we went to The Edge in Hamilton and had a fantastic meal. I am serious, when I say, this was by far, the worst dining experience both my wife and I have ever had!

Built own pizza...pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese. Was delish! Pizza sauce was light and flavorful, not too tart. Crust was a little bland but good texture and cooked perfectly. Staff were courteous and welcoming. The ceiling vents and floors need attention. The vents were covered in dust, and the floor had multiple spills.
