Who would’ve thought that the worst McDonald’s on earth is right here in Hamilton Montana they don’t even say thank you and your order your food at the drive-through. They say nothing which is amazing customer service I assume they didn’t watch the customer service videos and then when I ordered my food egg McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin they gave me a completely different item and then I had to walk back in and they handed me the bag that had the correct order yet whoever heard of a sausage McMuffin with no eggand here’s a picture so obviously the entire store has absolutely no clue what they’re doing. Thank goodness I don’t live here.

Was starving after a long day of work thought I would stop in because it’s the only thing open in Hamilton after 9. Haven’t been to a McDonalds in a while, not sure if it’s normal to drop stale fries and burn them to give to a customer. I’ve worked a fryer before and know what old fries reheated look and taste like. You’d think a company as large as McDonald’s could afford some fresh fries for customers. Thanks for affirming my feelings about fast food, will not return.

Hi I'm McDonald's. We have the smallest parking lot imagineable which is why we park every car possible. Totally not dangerous or unnecessary! Gotta get those drive times down! If someone gets run over or hits another car at least we shaved 10 sec off those drive times!😂😂😂🤮

Ordered two McChicken sandwiches and the sharable 40 nuggets and fries and the nuggets were old and chewy And the fries were soggy salty and cold I am at complete disappointed...... The whole meal got given to the dogs at least the kids were disappointed and probably never return to this McDonalds maybe the drive to Missoula McDonald's or lolo is worth it for better day service with all those day shift employees you figured their services would be better but good help is hard to find

Very friendly staff at the drive through who often manage to brighten my day with a smile and a warm hello goodbye. Prompt service, and clean inside. Lots of parking behind the building with even a nice, little park to sit at.

The chicken big mac was delicious. BIG!!! CRISPY AND DELICIOUS. the fries were hot and crispy, and the Coca-Cola was the best.. Highly recommended two drive-through lanes here in Hamilton.

They are always nice and polite when I go there with my sons to eat. The place is kept clean.
Waited for over 10 min in line than sat in the "red" parking spot for over 10 minutes with 3 vehicles in front of us! There was 10 people waiting to order in the lobby. I went in for a refund after they started to serve cars behind us food. At least 4! After my refund the same 3 cars infront of me were still there! Think we all need an explanation why!
