Very friendly staff at the drive through who often manage to brighten my day with a smile and a warm hello goodbye. Prompt service, and clean inside. Lots of parking behind the building with even a nice, little park to sit at.

The chicken big mac was delicious. BIG!!! CRISPY AND DELICIOUS. the fries were hot and crispy, and the Coca-Cola was the best.. Highly recommended two drive-through lanes here in Hamilton.

Waited for over 10 min in line than sat in the "red" parking spot for over 10 minutes with 3 vehicles in front of us! There was 10 people waiting to order in the lobby. I went in for a refund after they started to serve cars behind us food. At least 4! After my refund the same 3 cars infront of me were still there! Think we all need an explanation why!

The Hamilton McDonald's is ok but it's hard to know if the service will be quick or extremely slow. They seem to have trouble finding enough staff which leads to delays.
Fast food? Affordable? I just paid $17.50 for two double quarter pounders with cheese - then was told to park in the “green” spot to wait - two other vehicles were already in the red and blue spots … But $17.50? I guess the democrats plan of wiping out unhealthy options is working. Salaries are too high for this place to survive. I can get a sit down lunch at a nice place for the same or less. I won’t be back. Too expensive!

I went in to this location 2x today ordered 4 sweet teas the 1x got home to fine unsweetened tea all 4 of them. Went back later on to get more tea let them know I received unsweetened tea earlier that day and would like to make sure it's sweetened tea this time. Get home once again to find unsweetened tea. I'm unsure what there problem is but it very clear you can't leave without checking your stuff.

Might as well go to Burger King right down the road, service here is ridiculous! Thee slowest!!! Place I've ever eaten at fast food wise!, and more then once they forgot our order so took 3x longer, highly recommend to skip over unless u want to be treated rudely even after u been waiting for almost an Hr, and forget ordering ahead hopeing it would be faster, it's not! They need new management/staff desperately or close it down, just a waist of everyone time comming here. So don't stop unless u have like an Hr to kill
