I am a local and have ate ar naps my entire life and the food and service is always great but tonight the one bar tender short with dark hair around her 50s was the most rudest employee iv ever had at naps ... my family from out of town is staying and my parents wanted to take all of us out to eat and naps is there favorite and they used to be able to reserve the 3 back tables in the speak easy which now you cant they informed my dad so we had a group of 12 walked in and that lady was rude about 12 ppl coming in well if we could have made a reservation she would have known ahead of time well as always there was only one table in the back which was not going to sit us all and there was a high top around the corner we could sit 4 so they wiped it since a couple just left the high top an my husband asked if 4 of us could sit there and she said NO! I already have ppl who are coming to take it ... ?? So why could we not reserve a table when she reserved the high top of 4 seats ? So we told there in the back at the one table that was open out of the 3 back there and she was no help she didnt try to work with us or anything so it was awkward the entire time everyone tried to think of what to do ... and she kept looking at us and talking to the other bartender about us .. and then 3 ppl walked in the door and she went and sat them at the high top that we asked to sit 4 of us then we could have figured out how all 12 of us could eat just at seperate tables .. so instead of trying to work with us she just kept glaring and talking about us to ppl 🙄 i thought you couldn't sit just 2 in the speak easy ? I thought you had to have more then 2 to sit in there which if the 2 sitting at one of the 3 tables coukdnt be moved to a table in the bar that was open for 2 ppl .. so tonight naps could of made a 3-400$ ticket .. instead we left and while leaving the bartender lady who was no help an super annoyed when we walked in just smerked at us as we walked out. If it was up to me i would have those 3 speak easy tables as reserved only ... because for 1 naps is always packed and when big groups want to all eat there together which is making money for naps is getting pushed out the door so then there loosing money ... for 2 its more convenient to be seated in the back when you have children ... for 3 such as tonight they lost a group of 12 to a group of 2 who were seated at one of the speak easy tables when there was PLENTY of tables that would work for 2 instead they had 2 ladies just drinking wine they were not having food just drinking and up at the bar there was all the seats open but 3 ppl sitting at the actual bar and if ur just drinking and having a catch up withyour friend why take up a table and a big table just to drink .. . so having a reservation would help the employees as well so they are prepared for larger groups a head of time and can figure out the seating before they come .. this was the most ridiculous service at naps iv ever had. If i was the owner i would be getting rid of any employee that treated my customers poorly and turned service away from my business making me loose money and business ... Hopefully this doesnt happen again to us or the next customer.. so sadly now we went home as we even went to naps early so we would have a chance to get a table 😪 hope it changes

Burgers are great at restaurant. Beware of bar, specifically the older lady with stringy blond hair and big hips wearing a crucifix. I ordered 3 pints at $6 each. Gave her a 20 bill. She didn't give me my change. I then orded another beer and gave her another 20. Left to the restaurant and counted my change. $13: short changed again!!!
