I worked here for close to 6 years and decided to come in after some time and oh my things changed...some good, some bad, and some I predicted. The bad, gossiping isn't for busy hours, 2 girls did nothing but. One of which I had to correct her on how to make my pizza cuz she kept messing it up. But I get it. She's a teenager. However. They need to pay attention more. Speed needs worked on bad. The good, the current supervisor Ethan, wonderful kid! And he deserves recognition. Dennis, if you see this, give him a raise now. Encouraging the new kid Kyle even though he put a pizza in a wrong spot, very high leader drive. And was running around doing chores, helping the line. Etc. He needs a raise now. Atmosphere is the same it's always been. Glad to see repairs have finally been made. 4/5 stars. Will pop in for a craving again.

We love this Papa Murphy's! I can easily order online or through their app and pick up my order using their drive-thru window. The food is excellent and they keep coming out with new products, such as meatballs & calzones, so we don't always have to order pizza! Great value, great products & great people!
The BEST pizza ? in town. You have to take&bake. Delicious crust with good amount of cheese and toppings.

Papa Murphy's is great. But, not the calzones. You'd be better off getting a small pizza and folding it in half.

The fact that at 6:30 in the evening nobody will answer the phone, is just absolutely beyond me. The store closes at 8, I can understand not answering the phone after maybe 7:50 but I don't see a reason to not answer the phone for a business when you are still open for a few more hours and it take a whole 7 mins for them to make the pizza. Being short staffed is no excuse for this matter being when you walk into the store half the staff is in the back talking. Really enjoy the pizza, can't stand the lack of customer service.

Tried to order online as a first time customer. 1) declined my amex credit card and 2) wanted a minimum 15% tip before even receiving my product for pickup service of uncooked food. I didn’t proceed with the order. Pay your employees and stop asking people to tip. Tipping is out of control.
