Did an online order for a hand tossed pizza and they give you a thin crust pizza. Come on people. Read the orders and do your jobs. I have never had a problem before. What is it because it's a holiday we don't read orders or make them right now?

We called Pizza Hut and ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza on a pan crust when we picked up the pizza the gentleman at the window helped us find a way to get a cheaper price on the pizza when the pizza came out. It was absolutely perfect. It was a great pizza. One of the best I’ve had. We really appreciate these guys in the effort that they made last night thank you very much, Pizza Hut

The beautiful buffet is back and lots of good pizza, bread sticks. And their wonderful cinnamon frosted bread sticks.. really nice to see them back

For all the locals that have had a bad experience in the past years...take a chance and try Pizza Hut in Hamilton again. The food and service has vastly improved. We enjoyed a pizza last night. It was great! Tasty and fresh. The dough was perfect. The waitress fantastic. The new manager is wonderful and doing a great job. If I was going to critique anything, it would be the menus. From a marketing point of view they are in desperate need of some updating and color. It's time to give them a try!

Listen if you have never came here on a Saturday night it’s perfect! . They have a great service. Food was awesome Crap someone was like how do you spell your name? How do you spell your name? . Ask for Abby. She is amazing!!!!

Well, we normally don’t have problems here if we dine in. The service is GENERALLY great. However, tonight we ordered a takeout for pickup. Got to the window 5 minutes ish after it was supposed to be ready. We sat in their drive through for 20 minutes. The employees (there were 4) all saw us. Finally one guy brought an order to put in the warmer and I saw him mouth to the lady “there’s a car at the window” and 5 minutes later she comes to the window. We got our food, and we were missing breadsticks. When I informed her she kindof seemed to not believe me. I understand checking the receipt which can be normal procedure, however it was like she thought we were trying to get stuff for free. Anyway, she went and made them. It took quite a while. We got them, then we left. Got home, there’s a lovely long brown hair right on top of the breadsticks and the pizza is missing the bacon. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
