River Rising Reviews
perfect sandwich on gluten-free bread
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just had the most amazing experience at River Rising. The Turkey Pesto sandwich was on point and the 5-0 smoothie was delicious! Taylor was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. Clean and fun environment, great food and amazing service. I will definitely be back again!
Just had the best almond croissant!!! Friendly staff & customers. As a Californian I was greeted with open arms & gives you the great feeling of a small town bakery-coffee shop. 💯 recommend!

River Rising is a charming cafe with a welcoming atmosphere. The new owner has brought back its wonderful service, with hardly any lines. Kids enjoy the delicious cookies after school, and the cookies remain a highlight. The mushroom quiche is a standout, full of mushrooms and the best in town. The Italian sandwich is a must-try, while the Ruben falls short with uneven meat distribution and too much mustard. Customers praise the friendly staff, noting that the girls are always so nice and ensure orders are correct. The bakery is amazing, and the owner always takes time to say hello and ask how customers are doing. The bread from La Petit is still yummy, and gluten-free options are delicious and abundant, with many choices to suit different diets. The cafe offers a good selection of lunch items, tasty sweet treats, and the best matcha in town. Visitors appreciate the ability to customize sandwiches and enjoy the cozy environment. The order process can be slow at times, leading to mistakes, and sometimes customer service can feel cold. Cold metal chairs are used, so on cold days, sitting on a coat might be necessary. Recent upgrades have improved the place, making it a cozy spot for a coffee and quick meal, whether alone or with friends. Overall, River Rising remains a cute and inviting place for a snack or quick lunch.
