I can't recommend this place highly enough. First and foremost, the food is amazing; but beyond that, the service is unmatched. We had Sam as our waiter on his first night who knocked it out of the park. The food was so good my 6 year old demanded to go there for a date night, to which I obliged. When we walked in I was informed it was reservations only. Upon seeing my daughter dressed to the nines, Tina made an exception allowing my daughter and I to have that special time. Thank you again to Sam and Tina! You now have another loyal customer for life.

Purchased a meal to go. Lettuce on salad wasn't even torn and lunch special was really not good. About an hour after eating, I got stomach cramps and more. Was sick all night and didn't go to work the next day and I am not inferring anything but I've worked on that job for 24 years every week and have probably missed 10 days max. Called and talked to the server as well as the manager and even told him I had gotten sick and was told they would have a gift certificate for me. My meal was $28.00 and I left a $7.00 tip amounting to $35.00. I also was out a days wages. My gift certificate is for $15.00. Really? I'm very unhappy about that. They can keep the certificate as I won't be using it. Nor will we be back.

We really enjoyed our experience here! The service was extremely attentive and warm. The food was delicious. We got the steamed clams, Thai chicken linguini and the grilled flank steak with chimichurri. All dishes were so flavorful and perfectly cooked. As we left the parking lot, I told my husband, eating here feels like I just got fed by someone who loves me AND is an amazing cook. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had one of our greatest meals here, so glad we stopped in!!!! Husband had jack Daniel's filet, picked plate lol. I had pork tenderloin, amazing! And can I just say...get there early if you want daily special soup, we got last 2 cups of szechwan beef noodle that was one of the best soups we have ever had

What an amazing place! The service, food and atmosphere were excellent! (Such a surprising little gem.) Great wine menu and the food/drink are very reasonably priced. You can tell the owners really care about providing a great experience and work hard to do so. While we were there a guest required emergency medical care. Because of this we were given a gift certificate to come back to the restaurant. There was no need for the gift certificate as the emergency was not due to any negligence of the staff/restaurant. But it showed a level of customer service/care not many places even aspire to any more. We were just visiting the area (from out of state), but if we are ever back in Hamilton, we will definitely come back to Spice of Life. Thank you for a wonderful, lovely experience. :)

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned how loud it is. We were there last night, and could hardly talk to each other. Tables are close together in a small space, and people talk loudly without consideration of others. We have found this to be true every time we have gone. They need some noise mitigation or move to a larger space. The former location didn't have this problem.

This is such a lovely, intimate setting with great food—one doesn’t always think of snapping photos. The Bluebird is my absolute favorite warm chicken sandwich. I love it with a side of Asian slaw or one of the delicious homemade soups. Otherwise, their nachos with chicken added are some of the best anywhere…and I don’t always love nachos, but I love these!! Service is always wonderful. Selections of food is top notch. You won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait until my next visit. Maybe I’ll even take a pic.
Parking: Pull into this little strip mall and find little competition during lunch or dinner time.
Kid-friendliness: Awesome kids menu! $2-$5 items to pick and choose from.
