The young kid that made my sandwich was very rude. I could not hear what he said and asked him what and he snapped at me. I don't care if you are having a rough day you still need to be pleasant to your customers.

I was here this afternoon (1230pm) and I was super impressed by the cashier (long brown hair) There was the most difficult and rudest customer in front of me and the cashier was beyond patient and gave the customer so much grace. She went above and beyond because this customer treated her terribly. So thank you Subway Hamilton for hiring customer first focused employees. Kudos to her!

Let me preface my review with my husband is an avid subway customer. He probably frequented 35 different subway restaurants in 2022. As a sales rep, he gets around to new places all the time and seeks out the subways for his lunch sandwich. Now onto the Hamilton location, my husband and I stopped into this location for lunch after leaving the hospital where his mom had been admitted. (My husband had already stopped there twice before I came into town). There were three employees there that day. Two young men and Julia. The young man with pink/red hair was a gem. Sorry we didn't get his name. Julia was at the end I of the line adding veggies and sauce to the sandwich. My husband asked for nice red tomatoes (he always does) and that was the start of the attitude. Julia tossed the half red slices back into the container and picked out two new slices, which is when my husband asked for a third slice of tomato, please. Julia answered with, "we only put two slices on a 6" (again another request my husband always makes and has never had an issue) next there was an issue with adding a bit more lettuce. Then my husband asked for a thin strip of dressing. Julia replied, "I can't control the thickness of the strip!" So at this point I am thinking, this gal has an attitude. If you press hard on the dressing container you get a thick strip of dressing. If you gently press the container, you get a thin strip. Again, my husband regularly makes these requests and they have always been met with, "Sure, no problem!" Not with Julia. The other young man finished our ordered and we left. Needless to say, we didn't go back during our visit. Although my husband did make it back to the Corvallis and Stevensville Subway restaurants a few more times during our visit with all requests met with a smile. Maybe some customer service training is in order.

Just placed a order online for my wife to pick up and the lights are off and nobody is even their my card is showing a charge for food I didn't even receive they have lost my business permanently !

I go to this Subway a couple of times a month. Seem to have a high turnover as I go the same time only to see different people working there each time. Overall the food is pretty good. I enjoy their Tuna, and Marinara foot longs. The condiments are pretty fresh and I have watched as they change them out often especially the lettuce... which is a good thing. Also like their new menus. Easy to order by numbers now.

This place is your typical Subway. The staff is always very friendly. Sometimes my pickup orders aren't ready but it's not the employees fault, they can't anticipate customers coming in and making large orders in-store in the time they need to be prepping to-go orders.
